Annoyed

I took my Escalade in for an oil change and a couple warranty items. They called and said the speaker would be delivered the next day. Since I live an hour away I said to keep it. The speaker finally arrived 5 days later. I thought no worries, at least everything will be fixed. Less than 60 seconds from driving off the lot I was on the phone calling back because my speaker was still blown and my car was not aligned. The other problems I had were not fixed either. I?ve left 5 messages for the service advisor and have yet to receive a call back.

Great customer service!

I was just looking around to get a feel of the current car market/see what is available, and John Bell was incredibly knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I appreciated his assistance.

Maintenance

This maintenance was good. I was able to tell my experiences to obtain the necessary maintenance for my vehicle. My representative explained my concerns to me where I felt important. I will continue service there.

First Oil Change

Quick service. Joe visits the service dept. a great experience. Always treated with respect and he always remembers who you are. Proven quality mechanic work and customer service. 100% Satisfied. Forgot my washer fluid top off but that is okay.

Took longer than I expected due to additional repairs required. Transportation to and from Hendrick was supplied to minimize my inconvenience. Worked out fine.

Car is still not repaired

Was told that car was repaired and it wasn't. Rear camera has not worked at night since I purchased the vehicle 4 months ago.
