Service Rep Joe was very resourceful and professional in helping me getting the work done on my vehicle. He was very responsive polite and enthusiastic about helping me. Kept me abreast about how everything was going and especially with the time it took to finish up on my vehicle. It was a great experience. Bravo Zulu Joe as we would say in the Navy for a job well done..!!!

Car service for a new tire

Thought that my tire could be fix but come to find out had to special order my tire and it took two days to get it and they replaced it. Glad that I brought the tire package on my new vehicle. Thanks for the good service

Poor Customer Service

I went to pick my truck up after paying almost a $1,000 for work, before I left home I was told my truck was ready and being washed, I arrived about 30 - 40 minutes later and was told by the Advisor my truck was being washed, I waited about an hour before I approached the Advisor again about my truck and he tried calling, no answer and than he walked to check on my truck, came back and stated my truck had been out front and just handed my keys, no apology or anything, than my tire light was on but I refused to go back in and wait

Was quick but good. The car wash was nice.they even changed the batteries on my key fob.

problem was common thermostat being on back order. no availability at dealer, other dealers or within Cadillac inventory system. problem solved with help of dealer service team and service manager.thank them so much

I came in to this dealership in the worst condition

I came in to this dealership in the worst condition situation and Justin McCormack was so attentive. He was so communicative. He was there every step of the way even up to the point where I took the bus to get there. And he stayed in made sure that I was in a car before I left. That place was amazing and i'm going back for another car
