Rick Hendricks Cadillac is the best. I purchased my vehicle there 14 years ago and have always gone to them for service for my car. They are the greatest. Very knowledgeable, pleasant and always willing to answer all questions.

I came back to trade in my Trailblazer. Joshua was my sales associate and let me tell you, he went above and beyond in finding me my perfect car. He sent me pictures via text messages to save me time from walking around looking for the right car. He actually did all the legwork for me. When he found the perfect car, we got together to finalize the deal. It was an amazing experience and I didn’t feel pressured to help him make a sale. Then he introduced me to CD who walked me through all the financial details. I felt that CD and I were old friends and I actually forgot that I was there to buy a car. Rick Hendrick put customers first and you feel that the moment you make contact with them. I don’t want to leave out Malory in service. If it wasn’t for her, I would still be waiting for my Trailblazer to be fixed. She helped me get a loaner car and when I decided to just trade my SUV in for a car, she quickly teamed me up with Joshua. This is team work at its finest. I am proud of my purchase and even more grateful for all the staff that helped me.

We purchased a 2020 Cadillac XT4 in 2021. The process was professional and very satisfied. In March of 2023 we could not get into the car "battery low" my wife called was on the phone for 20 to 30 minutes to get into the vehicle. The lady that answered the phone was very nice and eventually connected us to JUSTIN (last name unknown) he was patient and stayed with us until we were able to gain entry into vehicle. WOW I AM IMPRESSED AND WILL ALWAYS RECOMMEND Rick Henrick Cadillac !!!!
