My service person was good. I like her but the service in where they do works on your vehicle is not like it was because they did not change my oil sticker on my windshield. Please let people know when they get a new service person so we know who we have to go too. Thank again

Too many new staff in service dept shows workers were not satisfied. I Have brought 2 cars here and part of the reason Was the people that work in service and my salesman.

Would not recommend.. took my vehicle in to get serviced because it was running rough 3,000$ later told everything is fixed and should not have any problems at all not a week goes by my car is doing the exact same thing it was doing before took it back and got charged for them diagnose it, and for them to tell me it?s a 5,500 problem that was overlooked the first time .

Great experience buying a vehicle from Hendrick Cadillac! John Butler was a awesome sales person! Just wish someone could come up with a process to shorten the length of time it takes to purchase a car! ;) It?s always 4-5 hrs it seems, but at least very pleasant staff here! We?ve purchased 3 new vehicles in the last 3 years (2 from Hendrick and 1 from other dealer) and always a lengthy process, so no fault of Hendrick , just the way it is I guess. Seems in this day and time the process would be a bit speedier! ;) Thank you John for a pleasant experience!

Car repairs
I bought a 2017 XT5 with 27,000 miles on it. I noticed that the auto lock was not working when you got out of the car. I stopped by and my sales Lady "fixed" it, however it still didn't work. I when in online to set up an appointment to bring the car in and was told I would get a call back. I never received a call back. I waited a few days and scheduled a pick up of my car for repairs. The day of my appointment no one came to pick up the car so I called and was told I would get a call back, but never got the call. The next day I called my sales lady and she put me on hold while she checked, after holding for 20 minutes I got cut off and never got a call back. I finally stopped by the dealer and it was corrected very quickly.
