My family has done business with Rick Hendrick Cadillac

My family has done business with Rick Hendrick Cadillac for years. The Service and Sales Department is quite impressive. Kimberly White, one of their Executive Sales Representatives has done business with my family for years. Kimberly introduced herself to me while I was waiting in service and asked if I had considered upgrading from my current model. Kimberly, took the time to explain various Cadillac crossovers comparable to mine and thoroughly answer my questions, which I found her Cadillac knowledge and demonstrations of the different crossover models professionally impressive which intrigued me to purchase another Cadillac from Rick Hendrick and Kimberly White. Thank you again for making me feel like family, now I know why my family continues to do business with Rick Hendrick Cadillac.

Kimberly White is by far the most customer oriented sales

Kimberly White is by far the most customer oriented sales person I have ever met. The details she unraveled about financing paperwork is second to none. Her product knowledge and customer concern is the reason I have purchased four Cadillacs from Kimberly White and Rick Hendrick.

My Car had 121 miles on it when taken to Rick Hendrick

My Car had 121 miles on it when taken to Rick Hendrick Cadillac for repair. Problems started at 101 miles. The Service department never updates me, and I have to initiate the call. Justin, the service manager, says he will take it home on Thursday, and I can pick it up on Friday if all is well, then again on Friday; he says the same, then he goes home for the weekend without a text or email update to me. Service got three stars because I can get an updated half of the time. First GM car I have purchased in 61 years on this earth and the last time! The service department is likely to be in procession of my car more than me this week :(

My experience was vary satisfied chris Sutton was my sales guy and I would refer him to anyone that?s in the process of a used or new vehicle. Very friendly staff everyone was.
