Since I purchased my 2013 CTS Cadillac from Rick Hendricks, I've had nothing but great and professional customer service. I enjoy the water/snacks when I'm waiting for my vehicle.

I had a wonderful time in the rain and getting a car from Enterprise with weird gears under the radio.

Worked very hard to get my business and answered my many questions.

Steven was our sales rep. He went above and beyond to help us. The problem was with the sales manager. We were there to make a deal but he would not budge or even personally talk to us. We took our business down the road to Hall Acura and got an even better deal than expected.
