Buying a vehicle off the Internet is something I've never done before. Sending money to a dealership you have never been to, and dealing with someone you have never met, to buy vehicle you have never seen, is difficult to do without a little trepidation. Sean Sanders went to great lengths to ensure that I was comfortable, informed and completely satisfied with my purchase. He was always available and happy to answer my barrage of annoying questions over the phone and because of the time difference that sometimes meant after hours. Everything went smoothly and I love my new truck. I would definitely recommend Lima auto mall to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Ask for Sean!

My husband needed a safer and better car. We had a car that he felt he was forced into at another dealer. My huband called and Sean worked hard for a few days we were severly upside down in our other car. We thought that it would not work. Next day we made a deal. We went there to sign paper and everyone was very friendly and it was a great atmosphere.There was a slight hiccup with the loan company but they went out of their way to make the deal work. Sean was very funny and was very easy to deal with. Tod in finance was also very easy to work with also,. Very informative and made the process very smooth. We will return to Lima Auto Mall in the future,

Purchased a GM certified Suburban from Dave & Co....overall experience was very positive, and they were very comfortable working with a client over email, which is not easy to find. Website was very accurate about cars on lot and their condition - also hard to find...Had some issues with some of the finer details (extra key fob, car mats, etc.) that took a little longer than I thought should have, but in the end, we are happy with the product and the service we received.

I always receive excellent service at the Lima Auto Mall. I have been going there for seven years and have leased two cars from them. The process to set up the appointment is quick and easy. I would recommend it to anyone who has a car.

I went to Lima Auto Mall on July 29. 2013 for the purpose of viewing Chevrolet Tahoe, and after a short time I was helped by Eve Fay. She was very professional and very friendly and seemed to be in sync with considerable technical data on the Tahoe. We took a test drive and she explained in detail all of the vehicles highly complex operating systems and I was impressed with how she handled my objections, Most sales people seem to take objections personal, Not this young lady, she got better and stayed positive during the entire process and seemed to really enjoy presenting Chevy Tahoe in a most favorable stance. She spent awhile bringing my wife up to speed on all the advanced electronics that comes with this Truck. I have already recomended her to my daughter in Cincinnati who is in the market for autos. I would rate her a 5++. Tod Kitchen was very professional and very adept at dealing with customers as well.. Overall as I suggested to Rodger McClain, it was a very pleasant experience with a sales associate who brings her "A" game to the dealership. Greg was knowledgeable, friendly and never pressured us the whole time we dealt with him. The pricing from the dealer was very fair. Financing went very smooth.
