Great Experience! I would not hesitate buying from Lima again. They went above and beyond to make my car buying experience exceptional. They exceeded my local dealership on price, service, and friendliness!

I was approached quickly while looking at cars and Eric really took what I wanted into account and got me into the right car. He was knowledgeable and friendly the whole time we dealt with him. He never pressured us and always was ready to help and make time. When I finally decided to go with the Malibu he did his best to get me a good price and then to get the car to the dealership as fast as possible. Once the car was there he showed me everything and answered all my questions. He did a great job and is the reason I went with a Chevy over other cars.

I'm a repeat customer here. We've purchased three cars from two different sales persons, and our vehicles are always serviced at Lima Auto Mall as well. Dave Osborn has a very easy going personality that made it easy to work with him. There was no pressure at all or any heavy handed sales pitch. Dave was very knowledgeable about the vehicle that we purchased and was able to answer all of our questions without needing to consult with anyone. Dave spent time showing us the features of the car which was much appreciated as cars have gotten very sophisticated in recent years. We purchased the Cruze because it had all of the features that we were interested. We consider the 5yr/1000 warrenty a plus. We also like the added feature of the On-Star system as well as the XM radio. Tod Kitchen handled our paperwork in a very efficient manner and explained everything very well. I like the fact that he made sure we knew we could contact him if we had any questions after the fact. He is very professional. I have never been to the Lima Auto Mall before and was very pleased with the overall atmosphere and the way the employees went about their business. There was none of the "fulture" atmosphere that we saw at a few other dealerships that we went to. Thank you.

I purchased a used Chevrolet Silverado from Lima Auto Mall and when I got home I discovered that the trailer light adaptor was missing from the glovebox. I called Mr Schoonover, the salesmen that sold the truck and advised him what had happened. He apologized and promptly placed a new one in the mail to me. He is definitely a honest salesman! I love the truck and would recommend Lima Auto Mall to anyone.

I inquired about a car I saw online and received an email and a phone call from Sean the very next morning to give me more information about the car and to see if I wanted to come up and look at it. I live about two hours away, so I scheduled a time to meet with Sean and come and see the car. We test drove the car and I loved it! But I still was not sure about getting it because of money. Sean ran our information and let us know what the estimated amount per month would be. We wanted to go home and kind of think things out, but Sean let me know that if I wanted the car, he could drive it down to me instead of me driving 2 hours up north again. I gave him the go-ahead and he was at my door the very next day with the car I wanted! He brought all of the paperwork with him, so we filled everything out and the car was mine! He also called me a few days later to see how everything was going with the car and if I have any questions to contact him. The whole entire process of finding the car online and actually having it in my possession only took 3 days, which is great considering I live a ways away from the dealership! Sean was a great sales person. He never pressured me into getting the car and he gave great customer service. I definitely recommend this dealership!! They were great!!
