Lima Auto Mall

We had the most amazing experience buying a car from Lima Auto Mall! We found the car we wanted from them online, but was worried about finding time to go look at it because we live 3 hours away. We were so amazed when Sean said that he could bring the car to us! We would have to say that this was the easiest car buying experience we have ever had.

Never felt so comfortable buying a vehicle EVER !!!. The salesman Sean and the entire staff was fun and was a pleasure to be around. I will for sure take all of my service needs on my leased vehicle to Lima Auto Mall.

I'm 75, and over the years I have bought many new and used cars. My wife and I were very impressed with all of the Lima Auto mall people that we met, especially Eve Fay our sales representative. Eve spent a lot of time with us in demonstrating and teaching us about all of the unique features of our new Cadillac SRX, before and after the sale. Eve is the best car sale person that I have had the pleasure to deal with over the many decades of buying cars. We were never pressured to by the car at anytime. The number of vehicles in stock, at lima Auto Mall, was impressive considering todays economy.

I generally detest buying or leasing cars. Sean has been the first car salesman that I have ever dealt with that made the process easy. We were in the market for a used low mileage Chevy Suburban. Sean was straightforward, provided all information requested, was exceptionally responsive, sold us the car we wanted and at a fair price with little negotiation hassle (we arrived at a mutually agreed deal quickly). He should be a model for how car sales are handled. We live in Sylvania, just outside of Toledo. I was a little nervous dealing with a dealership an hour and a half away from me, but Sean was so responsive via texts, phone calls and emails, providing all requested information and documentation that the distance became a non-issue. Sean delivered the car to my work, and took our old car as a partial trade in a process that lasted about 15 minutes. I had the opportunity to review the paperwork prior to the closing via email, all promises and representations were kept, and the process was exceptionally smooth. I would recommend Sean without hesitation.

I was looking around for a truck for my family and I for when we get a boat so I decided to go to the car lots around the area. When I got to this one it was laid out very nice and the sales clerks didn't come running as soon as I was out of the car that was great. I walked up to Steve and asked about used trucks and he told me about the one I received. It took a couple days to get it but he was great with communication and fun to talk to when the paperwork was being done. The truck I received was at a great price and it was also the first one that was shown to me and I am pretty picky when I go to look at cars or trucks and I couldn't find anything on that truck that I could use as a negotiating tool. I was shocked and glad at the same time. The first time I saw the truck it was a fresh trade and hadn't been to the detailer yet and was a little dirty but looked good but when it came back from the detailer it looked like a brand new truck. Thanks for all your help Steve I am sure I will get many many miles out of this vehicle and if I am still in the area when we are ready for another vehicle you most defiantly will get our business.

He went and got the keys and we took a test drive. When we returned he had my car appraised and we did the paperwork and purchased the car that morning. I found both Marc and Tod to be extremely knowledgeable in their respective fields. Everything was exactly as they said it would be. I left something in my old car when transferring to the new. When I called back, Marc quickly retrieved it and held it for me until I could pick it up. My experience was a great one in every respect.
