John was knowledgable, professional and diligent in follow up. He listened to what I was looking for the first time I visited and followed up any time new cars came in that lined up with that criteria. Ultimately, that's why I chose to work with him. It was a great experience - definitely recommend.

Just picked up a GLE 350 from RBM - Alpharetta. Vadim...

Just picked up a GLE 350 from RBM - Alpharetta. Vadim Russu was my salesman and my wife and I could not be more pleased. As a mid 60 year old gentleman, I have purchased my share of vehicles for myself, my wife and two kids. Vadim was the best, by far, as he was professional, a great listener, not pushy, told me what he liked, and his honesty in what he did not like. My wife and I were joking on the way to see him about the different car salesmen we have worked with over the years. This was a completely different story from those. We now are a two Mercedes family. Why RBM? My other Mercedes is an E 350. Just after the warrantee expired, the transfer case starting whining. Even out of warrantee,RBM replaced it charging me a few hundred dollars instead of the thousands that it could have been. That is a great dealer, supporter and partner.
