I purchased my second S550 from RBM (First purchase was from Mercedes of Knoxville, TN) and I had a horrible experience with the finance manager Roberto. I arrived on time for my 10:00 am appointment and Roberto happened to be in the lobby when I walked into the dealership but he walked away (without acknowledging me) and I never seen the guy again. I had to wait over an hour before being redirected to another associate. I drove 3.5 hours from Nashville, TN to be forgotten about. Not the Mercedes experience I was expecting. Very disappointed, and I would not recommend this dealership. I only followed through with the purchase because the car is what I wanted. If this car was somewhere else, I would have been as well.

At RBM of Alpharetta it is not the norm for a customer to be kept waiting, especially with an appointment. However, Saturdays are our busiest day of the week and appointments can sometimes overlap. Roberto was doing his best to juggle the customer he was with while checking on a customer due to arrive – you! Unfortunately, having never met you, he didn't realize you were his next appointment. We have the utmost respect for you and your time, and in no way deliberately overlooked you... Congratulations on the purchase of your S550! If you need anything else, we are here and happy to help!
I was not in the dealership on Saturday I was there Thursday morning and I did meet Roberto before my Thursday meeting. Please be sure to have your facts together before responding. The customer service was a all around fail and I am highly disappointed.
