The experience at RBM of Alpharetta is extraordinary and second to none and I believe the care that is given to the customer experience culminates with quality, care, and consistency in every interaction with this organization. My Salesman Mr. Mark Higgs is one of the best in the Mercedes-Benz sales business and graciously and respectfully provides proven strategies in assisting his customer in making a "lasting impression decision" and not an "impulsive choice" that eliminates buyers remorse in the following days and years to come after the initial excitement of ownership wears off and after leaving the Mercedes lot in your new friend of a Benz! I must recognize the car and warmth of Mrs. Lisa Brennan who awesomely navigated me through the financing portion of my purchase and provided me with every product that I needed to make me a most comfortable consumer and a REPEAT CUSTOMER in the near future. I recently purchased a car from RBM Alpharetta and cannot say enough great words about my experience. Mark Higgs was so amazing to work with, was so informative, did not make me feel pressured at all, and really worked with me to make sure I received everything I was really wanting in a car. I bought my first Mercedes at a different dealership and this is now my second, but this experience has definitely made a future repeat customer out of me! Thank you so much for everything, Mark!

Great customer service. No pressure to buy. The saleas room and staff made you feel as if you were at home. The sales man made sure you knew what was going on every step of the way through the car buying process.

A few weeks ago, we purchased a E300 from RBM of Alpharetta. I have been doing business with RBM of Alpharetta and Dan Berry the customer consultant for over 10 years. Dan carefully identified our requirements and found the right car we need. I honestly am very grateful for doing business with Dan and The Team at RBM of Alpharetta. When I go there for service, Andrei Bucatari always take great care of my cars. In addition to these guys, I have dealt with Diane in customer delivery, Mary at front desk , Jeff the service manager and Lisa in finance Bill and Reza in sales and Don, Carl and Melisa in service and many other awesome people. I should not forget Randy in Service, he is awesome in checking your car and tell you what's wrong with it. They are all the best in customer care.
