Purchasing Opportunity Out of Existing Relationship

My wife and I purchased a 2016 GLC300 from RBM in 2016. As part of her regular service, a required software update meant her car would need to be there overnight, so Don (the maintenance rep with whom she deals) offered a loaner. She told Don that I was driving a 15 year old Volvo at the time and that she'd really like for me to test drive one of the Mercedes sedans. Don set her up with an E450 which she brought home (we live about 45 minutes away). This was on a Friday. Although her car was ready on Saturday, Don offered to let us keep the loaner the rest of the weekend. My wife loves dealing with Don! After driving it I was sold, and she went down on Monday and handled the details of the purchase. Everyone there was very friendly, knowledgeable, and forthcoming on the vehicle and made the transaction very easy. Our sales rep, Vadim Russu, made the experience very easy for my wife, and he personally delivered the car to us late on Friday afternoon and spent all the time we needed to walk through setup, including programming our garage doors. Vadim was fantastic in explaining the vehicle's systems. I was going from a 2005 Volvo with no bluetooth capabilities to a four-wheeled computer and he made it very easy. We would highly recommend Vadim!

Service Visit Into Second Purchase

This dealership, the people and the service quality is all that one could ever ask for in sale and maintenance of your car. I should say cars.- this dealership has supported three of my cars over the years and each visit has always been a greater pleasure than the last. My service advisor/advocate, Steve Byrd, is the best, always having your interests in mind. Fantastic!

First I would like to start by saying how Jeff Twiggs came in 1 hour early after we agreed on a time and I texted him to say I have arrived that showed me his awesome customer service to me he listened to me when I asked questions and answered them all Tom the finance mgr was quick with the final signing process I would be definitely coming back to shop for another car a would highly recommend this dealership to others.

Kim Cates in Service is the BEST!!!!

I am one proud and satisfied customer. I travel in from Midtown Atlanta just to be taken care of by the BEST Service Advisor in the world, Kim Cates! As a single women going to get my car serviced, I used to have anxiety and fear about being taken advantage of because I’m a woman and know nothing about cars. Working with Kim for all of my cars service needs has been the greatest gift ever. Not only is she very knowledgeable about all things Mercedes; she’s trustworthy, honest, compassionate and caring.
