RBM of Alpharetta

My husband and I had been searching for an SUV for months. I finally decided on the GLC 300 Coupe. In searching the web, RBM's website came up, they had exactly what I was looking for...a 2017 certified GLC 300 Coupe, 4matic. I chatted with Bill Favini on their website, I asked if the SUV was still available. I told him I was not interested in seeing any other cars. Basically I didn't want to waste any ones time. I knew what I wanted and what I was interested in. He replied by saying he'll get back to me on the availability of the SUV, 5 minutes later he emailed me, the SUV was still available. I told him that we would be in the next day to test drive it. Immediately upon entering RBM building, we were greeted by friendly and helpful sales people, we told them we were there to meet with Bill. Long story short, my husband who takes weeks/months to make a decision purchased the car that day. That's how confident he felt and that we were getting a great deal. Bill was very patient, professional, never pressured us, made us feel comfortable....four hours later, I drove off with the car I wanted and haven't regretted the decision. Thank you Bill for making this purchase a pleasant experience.

Car buying can be a stressful experience for many people- finding the right car, make, model, and the trim with all the futures wanted. But RBM of Alpharetta made that process, especially our salesman Vadim Russu made that process effortless. He did not make the process stressful but in fact made that process fun loving and showed us the cars that would meet our requirements and also explained all the features of the car and the differences with other cars. They will never push you to buy a car like other shady salesman do, but instead ask you to make an informed decision. We just purchased a Sprinter for our business as a service van. However, this is not the first time we have considered a Sprinter and have dealt with Sheaffer each time previous. Although we never pulled the trigger in the past, Sheaffer was just a pleasant and helpful this time as he was the first time. In the end, disappointment in other brands has finally justified paying a bit more for a Sprinter and we are excited! Those Sprinter's are slick and Sheaffer knows tons about them. While we haven't owned this van for long enough to really grade it, its one of those vehicles that other owners all praise now that we have one. Anybody that has one says we are going to love it... and we never heard that with the other van buys.
