Great Service at RBM. Specifically, Steve Byrd in service and support department at RBM was 1st class in helping me with getting my airbags ( factory recall ) replaced in a timely manner with excellent communication and follow up through the whole process.

I always enjoy my experience at RBM of Alpharetta. Every time my lease is up, I receive excellent and timely service from Sheaffer Cheek. Signing a new lease has become an easier process for me. Sheaffer handles and addresses everything in a timely manner. He is helpful and knowledgeable. The service is excellent and that is why I continue to return.

RBM makes looking and buying a comfortable and enjoyable expedrience. The facility is well planned and the sales staff are welcoming and competent. There was no pressure.

Typically I hate the thoughts of going to a dealership to purchase a new vehicle. However, I was very pleasantly surprised by my recent visit to the RBM dealership in Alpharetta. Reza Azizi was my sales rep and he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking to purchase. He was very professional and accommodating. He provided an excellent car buying experience. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle I would strongly recommend Reza Azizi!!!!

Gwen Moss gave us too-notch service throughout the process. She was extremely courteous, easy to deal with and made us feel very welcome every step of the way. She did such a great job that my wife gave her a thank you present.

Very satisfied, recommend to everyone. I have had a few other dealership experiences before, that being said this was the best one by far! Terri, Lisa, and Neil are awesome!
