I went to John and RBM North for our 2nd MB. The process was painless, and very efficient. I expressed to John my time constraints, and he was able to get me in & out in record time. Everything we discussed when it came time to execute the sale was as discussed, and I never felt uninformed or in the dark at any point. John went above and beyond to push the purchase through, was very helpful, and personally ensured my vehicle was checked and that it passed Q/A.
