Unethical Lease
Neil Turry, Sales Manager, oversaw our leasing a 2017 C300. During the test drive the car smelled fine, however upon delivery, the car had a terrible, nauseating, interior smell. Mr. Turry went on and on about how the dealership went to a lot of effort and expense to try and rectify the smell, but the bottom line: they never got rid of the smell. It is still there a year and a half later. I fear it may even be a health hazard. The dealership would not exchange the car for a comparable one without it costing us an additional $10K. It is terrible driving this car. We should have known better than to trust Mr. Turry after he shared a story with us during the leasing process of how he recommended to someone to put a pineapple in the car they were trying to sell to cover up a fish smell. Mr. Turry - you did not do the right thing - then or this time

William - We're sorry you are still dissatisfied with your purchase. As you pointed out, we went out of our way to remediate the smell, which included several 'details' and replacing the entire interior - twice! We even followed up with a rigorous inspection by three department heads, and no one could smell anything but a subtle, clean car smell. We hope any traces of the smell have since faded or you have found an external factor (unrelated to the vehicle) that is causing the odor. We wish you all the best, and hope you find enjoyment in driving your Mercedes-Benz.
Superb Car buying experience
Easy and relaxing car-buying experience. We've bought several cars over the years from RBM and this is what we have come to expect from them. This was our first time working with Kyle Edson - very knowledgeable, fun and very helpful. He made sure our entire experience was top notch. We will definitely be back for our next vehicle. RBM really can't be beat.

Service visit
I had my 2 year service done by Steve Byrd at RBM of Alpharetta. He did a great job of getting me in and out as scheduled.The waiting area was very pleasant and there was bottled water and snacks available while I waited. A very good experience.

Pam was simply wonderful! She Was very knowledgeable in the cars that I drove. Made it very easy and comfortable. Never felt pressured or anything. She is amazing! Great Experience
Very professional to work with, always courteous and pleasant. Never pushy. Kagan was extremely professional and easy to work with. He worked with me to get the car I wanted and he was patient waiting for me to make my decision instead of constantly trying to contact me to see if I was still in the market for a car. When I finally made the decision to get a car he made sure I was happy with my decision.

Excellent, attentive service
I came into the dealership with a fairly urgent need to purchase a vehicle. Instead of trying to leverage my urgency the RBM of Alpharetta team, and particularly my sales person Dan Berry, took the time to ensure I knew everything about all of my options. As an example, they made sure I was comfortable and, in fact, excited about the features of the vehicles of interest. I strongly recommend this team, and particularly Dan!
