Why go anywhere else?

After visiting several other dealerships and encountering sales staff either overly aggressive or ambivalent about their purpose we stopped at RBM Alpharetta and met with David Wang. David is the epitome of a seasoned sales veteran. I can, without reservation, recommend David to anyone who desires the attention and knowledge David can offer in your next purchase.

The Best!

Mercedes slogan is "The Best or Nothing". RBM of Alpharetta lives up to this goal. The buying experience here is simply the best. After doing research online, I was contacted by Bill Favini by email. We set up an appointment for a test drive with Bill. He graciously showed us the car we were interested in, and after the test drive we advised we were interested but would be considering other vehicles. Without the typical sales pressure, Bill advised he would be available to answer questions we might have while we did our comparison shopping. We stayed in touch for a little over a week and once we decided we wanted a Mercedes it was an easy decision to purchase from RBM of Alpharetta. Completing the transaction was a pleasant experience. No pressure to purchase additional services, just conversation about offers and benefits, After the sale, we were given a tutorial on how to use all the features of the vehicle and an offer to answer any questions that might arise after we had a chance to drive (and forget what we were shown!). If you want a great vehicle at a great price and want to enjoy the experience, visit RBM of Alpharetta.

Great buying experience

Kyle Edson was a great salesman to work with - he was very informative without being pushy. I needed to take a day to think about it and when I was ready to purchase, he had a personal priority to attend to. But no worries at all - he set-up my purchasing experience with Michael Pietrzak and everything went smooth as silk. Everyone at this dealership is super nice and so easy to deal with. Kyle followed-up to make sure everything went well and to make sure I was happy with the experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership!

Great Service! (: From Andrei Bucatari

Mr. Bucatari is a lovely and beautiful person. When my smartcar got towed, he gave me a rental vehicle for free. I’m a college student and a US Service member, so that really helped me. He actually got in the rental car with me and showed me everything in the vehicle. I highly recommend Mr. Bucatari and Toby in the service center. Toby ran around looking for my car until he found it. Thank you for your excellent service!

Excellent experience at RBM of Alpharetta

In the market for a new car, we called RBM of Alpharetta to schedule an appointment to see a couple of vehicles featured on their website. It was our great good fortune to connect with sales specialist Kyle Edson, whom we met with the next morning. Kyle had the vehicles we asked about ready to drive when we arrived, and we selected and purchased our favorite. Kyle is really down to earth, takes his time with you, is easy to talk to, appreciates the practical aspects of your everyday driving needs, and he didn't push us in one direction or another or pitch us to purchase more than we were comfortable with. His extensive knowledge about the details and features of the vehicles we looked at really made us feel confident in our selection. Since the sale, he has been very responsive to our request for assistance in acquiring post-purchase accessories for our new car. We have purchased a variety of high-end vehicles in the past, and this has been the best experience we've had by far. We have already told our friends and family to see Kyle Edson at RMB of Alpharetta if a Mercedes-Benz is on the radar, and we'd like to suggest that everyone reading this review do the same.
