Excellent

I had great experience with RBM of Alpharetta. I was lucky to find Dan Berry,who was extremely helpful and very meticulous and proficient in his job.He helped me to find the right vehicle. I am impressed by both Dan Berry and finance manager Tom.They answered all my questions and are very thorough and knowledgeable. Technical specialist Elisabeth is also very talented and knows her job well.

Air bags and A service

Steve Byrd with RBM was my service advisor and did an excellent job keeping me informed. He also did a great job explains what was going on and he explained the services and cost for each one. I initially purchased my car from RBM they have been excellent to work with and I do not hesitate to call when I have any questions or need anything regarding my car.

Had a wonderful experience at RBM motors thanks to Ramona.

Everyone I worked with at RBM was very attentive and professional. I completely enjoyed my experience purchasing a new Mercedes.....so much so that I bought two! Donnie Moore turned my wife over to Ramona Razavi and she did a great job in showing her the different models that she was interested iin purchasing. Great Experience

This is our second time purchasing / leasing at RBM of Alpharetta and both the times we worked with Ramona. In both instances we had a trade-in and Ramona made the process really easy. She is extremely patient and worked with us as there are so many options and price is always a criteria. She ensured we got a great price for our trade in and also made sure we got the car we wanted. There was never any pressure of buying I recommend this dealership and Ramona. We will go back to he for our next purchase

Great Customer Service

It was such a pleasure working with Terri Reese. She was very prompt in getting back to me on a pre-owned car that I was interested in that RBM had listed for sale. I was able to test drive and purchase the same day. I received her undivided attention while I was there and she went above and beyond in taking care of my needs.

From under my nose

I came into the dealership and test drove a 2010 Lexus RX 350. I had been looking at a ML350 Blutec from another dealer. I decided to go with the Lexus and told the sales rep I had to go get my car that I was trading so they could structure the deal. When I returned 1 1/2 hours later they informed me they sold the car to the next person that walked in to see it. I have never heard of anything like this happening before. I guess first come fist serve does not apply at this dealership.

Dheis - We do our best to advise our customers when a vehicle is receiving a lot of interest, which is why your sales consultant (Michael) pointed out that the 2010 Lexus had eight other customers looking at it. Had you initially arrived with your trade-in with the intent to buy, we could have written up the deal and taken a cash down payment. That is the only way a vehicle can be put in 'hold' status. Unfortunately, once you left the dealership to get your trade-in (for a period of 3 hours) the vehicle was purchased by another customer. As you pointed out in your review, a vehicle is sold on a first come first serve basis, so the first customer who signs a sales agreement and is approved for financing is eligible to put down a deposit to 'hold' a vehicle. Our Sales Manager did everything he could to find a similar vehicle at several dealerships in the area upon your return, but nothing suited you. However, if you're still in the market, we are here to assist you with finding the car of your dreams, and with your help, will do whatever we can to make it happen.

So since I was the first to look at it and physically test drive it, I should be punished for having to go get my trade. Regardless of how long I was gone, the car should have been held for me. The sales consultant never called me because he did not have my number. Just the mere fact that he did not have a number would indicate that he should have waited for me to return. He was very aware of my intentions.. I have spoken to many dealers and bought 3 cars in the last year. I have never had anyone not give a person first right of refusal.

Great Experience

You usually don't think of a car buying experience as great, but for what it is, mine really was. I walked away with a car that I love at a price I was comfortable with and never felt like I was being taken advantage of. Everyone I dealt with was very nice and helpful and seemed to have my interests first. Thank you!
