RMB Fantastic Experience!!

The dealership is beautiful and exceptionally run. Our salesperson Michael was spectacular. Sharon in finance was awesome. We love our new car! I highly recommend this dealership.

Amazing experience

This dealership is amazing and exceptionally run. I would like to personally thank Ms. Pamela Banda for her warm welcome and all the help to choose our car. Finance - Poor license plate instructions

Finance team does a very good job of cross selling products and warranties but a poor job at communicating the license plate transfer process. As a result of the inaccurate instructions I received, I needed to request a new plate at the DMV which was a lengthy process. This took hours of my time and out of pocket money.

CMR - We value our customers time too much to miscommunicate the transfer process. In fact, our finance department (Lisa included) consistently shares the same information with ALL customers at the time of delivery, which is "Once your county has transferred your tag, you will received a new registration receipt. When you receive the receipt, you may then place your existing tag on your new vehicle." We apologize for the misunderstanding and encourage you to contact us if you have any questions. Thank you for your response. In my situation however, I hand wrote the instructions from Lisa exactly as she said them to ensure I had them accurate. I still have my notes. Unfortunately, in my case they were not presented accurately. I have since had to open a police report to prove my plate was lost before I can request a new plate. This all needs to be completed in the next 3 business days. It is and was a real bad service experience.

New GLC 300 4MATIC

Terri was able to make our car buying experience great. Very informative and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend her to friends and family.

Jeep Purchase

I had been searching several different on-line search sites for a 2010 Jeep Wrangler. I contacted RBM, and Ramona was most helpful. They held the vehicle a couple of days so I could make the trip from Augusta to Alpharetta. Ramona was most helpful and professional, as was the business department. I would highly recommend RBM and Ramona.

Top notch team at RBM Alpharetta

Just received our 2019 GLC 350e hybrid from Bill Favini which was ordered late summer to our specs. Bill made the process easy and seamless. Kept us informed through the process of production, shipping and arrival. Excellent service, ethical dealership putting the customer f

The quality of service and attention to detail was top notch. They made sure to address all my questions. After I purchased my CPO GLE they have been in touch with me regularly to see if I needed anything and was happy with my purchase. Randy Canada helped me through out the buying process and was not afraid to ask his manager for my request. He negotiated for me on my behalf. At the end I walked away pleased and we came up with an amicable negotiation that was fair to both me and the dealer.

Mercedes E400

Saw thew car online on RBM's website. Left information to be contacted. David Wang contacted me and exceeded my expectations. Everything was done correctly and quickly. Drove 3 hours to this dealership and would definitely do it again to deal with David.
