Being new to USA, I was looking for a car. After visiting several dealers and shopping several brands, I ended up driving past Mercedes Alpharetta. I was warmly welcomed and dealt with respectfully and professionally. Moreover, they were the only company that I visited that was flexible enough to work with my credentials to get over the credit rating problem that you are facing when you are new to the USA. Order my GLC 300 4 magic due to options I wanted, Michael Pietrzak checked production schedule and it would not be built until December, Mike checked the schedule and found other cars dealers that already had scheduled with earlier production dates, Mike and the RBM staff negotiated a dealer trade which put their scheduled car onto me, Mike worked on this project for over a week and he came through. I will say if you are buying a new or used car RBM is the place to go, modern and up to date dealership with great people, it makes buying a Mercedes an exciting experience.

From the time I met Ramona, our sales person, I was committed to buying a car from her. She was very professional, friendly and knowledgable.
