Amazing GL550
My wife and I recently started talking about purchasing another Mercedes, so we looked for a dealership through our Buying Club. They sent out our information to a dealer local to our home. Within 5 minutes Kyle Edson called me and we spoke for several minutes. We set up a time to meet with him and from the moment we met face to face, we hit it off. We had an amazing experience with Kyle and loads of fun and we highly recommend him as a sales person. There was no high pressure sales tactics used at all. When we left we felt as though Kyle was our friend. His follow up and attention to detail is what buying a Mercedes is all about. Kyle at RBM of Alpnaretta is THE Best
Kyle Edson worked very hard to make sure I bought the right car for me with everything I wanted. He offer d options, pricing, etc with absolutely no pressure and he was as patient as a saint! Kyle worked with their finance department to make sure I got great financing to make the whole process easy. Outstanding Service ...It Started with Kyle Edson
After almost two decades of driving a fabulous ML I thought it was time for a change! It was had to do because the ML still looked great, had low mileage and drove just fine. I had researched the GLA and liked the look because it was still an SUV but not as large as the ML and drove like a sedan. Then I thought about going with the GLC 300. Kyle was in constant touch, found me the perfect fit of a new 2016 GLA with all the bells and whistles. He has the patience of a saint! I am more than pleased with the service I received from Kyle, he worked so hard on my behalf. He also worked with their finance department to get me a loan rate that couldn't be beat for the best of one stop shopping. Everyone I met at RBM of Alpharetta was friendly and professional. Great experience
I purchased my first Mercedes at RBM of Alpharetta and I was immediately impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of the staff. I had visited two other dealerships in the metro area and this by far was the best. Vadim was our sales consultant and he went out of his way to answer all questions, was patient and honest. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and answered all our questions. The finance team of Sharon and Lisa were also very helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks RBM.

We doubled our pleasure at RBM of Alpharetta
As owners of two 16-year-old Mercedes, my wife and I had decided it was time to move into the 21 century of autos. We had been curious for some time about Costco's auto buying program for its members and decided to give it a look. Surely this could not apply to a high-end vehicle such as Mercedes! However, we decided to fill out the online form and give it a try. Literally less than 5 minutes after submitting the form (it was on a Sunday afternoon) we received a personal email from Kyle Edson at RBM of Alpharetta inviting us to come in for a visit so he could explain how the Costco program could save us money. We made an appointment for the next day. Kyle greeted us as soon as we arrived and we were surprised to learn that the prices we were quoted were several thousand dollars less than we had expected. We had very specific ideas about what we wanted on the vehicles and he worked hard to find cars that matched our desires. I decided to wait for the 2017s to come in (about 2 weeks) and he spent the time researching new vehicles being sent to other dealers to find one like I wanted. He was successful and it was diverted from its original destination to RBM with no additional charge to me. During this time we decided to bite the bullet and get two (!!!) new Mercedes so he went through the same process with my wife. They did have a new 2016 SUV on the lot which she immediately fell in love with. We had decided to finance through our bank rather than the dealership for a better rate, but RBM's finance department researched several banks and made it possible for us to do it there for a "one-stop shopping experience." The bottom line is that we drove off with a two new Mercedes (a 2016 GLA and a 2017 GLC) and it was a pleasant experience for everyone. A final surprise: when we were getting the instructions on the new cars, the sales manager appeared out of nowhere to tell us how much they appreciated us putting our faith in RBM of Alpharetta. Now if we can only get another 16 years out of these cars.
