Fast and Easy

I couldn't believe what I saw. After searching for 3 weeks for an E350 with the color combination I wanted, there it was, at RBM. I called and made a deal over the phone and picked it up 2 days later.

Nothing but the Best in Quality and Service

WOW! I knew that I was in good hands 3 years ago with Bill Favini when I made the purchase of my Mercedes Benz that was my retirement gift to myself. When I decided to upgrade to the 2016 C300 Sedan, I knew that Bill Favini was my first and only call. He had just what I wanted waiting for me to test drive. Bill knows exactly how to provide the quality and service for the best experience. I appreciate the time they take to ensure I was comfortable with the new features of the 2016 models. If you want the best, just call Bill Favini. RBM of Alpharetta is a great dealership that has made a lot of upgrades to ensure the best in quality and service.

great experience

I went to RBM dreading the process of buying a car - boy was I surprised! Best experience I've ever had and the majority of them were with high-end dealerships. I would highly recommend RBM and all the people with whom I dealt.

Good experience

Really love my car. Very pleased with how the dealership and salesman took care of us. We came from out of town to purchase. They made it worth the drive.

Sweet until the end.

George Timmes, the salesmen was very kind and helpful. Everything was great until the finance department tried to tell me that they wouldn't take my check when they took my check the prior week. I don't know what they were insinuating and came off rude. I still don't understand why they would say such a thing when my check from the week prior went through and they didn't seem to have a problem taking my money then (a $1,000 non-refundable check). DIdn't sit right with me. A part from that everything else was great. The sales staff and the service team were very helpful.

Not your typical vehicle purchase

On our first visit to RBM of Alpharetta, we knew we wanted to purchase a Mercedes, did not know which one. Ron came out to greet us before we entered the showroom. He went with us to determine which Model works the best for us. Even though it was 95 degrees and humid, he was in no hurry to rush us back inside. Ron was very helpful and knowledgeable about the features of the various Models. We hope Ron is still at RBM of Alpharetta when it is time for us to Purchase again. We never had a Red Carpet delivery. That was nice.

Great Purchase Experience - Once again

RBM sets itself apart from all others in the car business. From the time you walk in the showroom to either browse around, test drive a car or actually purchase a vehicle you are always treated first class. The service teams are great as well. If you need a sales consultant, ask for David Wang. Very knowledgable, easy to work with and goes out of his way to insure you are completely satisfied! I'm on my 3rd Mercedes!

Many thanks for a pleasant experience

Having purchase a number of cars over the past many years I can attest to experiences that oftentimes were other than smooth. That was surely not the case in with my recent negotiations with Ron Delvalle of RBM of Atlanta. His product knowledge and friendliness Of communication were exceptional.
