Purchased my first mercedes

My daughter who interned in a car dealership last summer accompanied me. She is a junior in college majoring in accounting . We met with Bill Favini who treated us very professionally. Through him I purchased my first Mercedes . When we left my daughter said "now that was how a car buying experience should be" . At least on this we were in agreement!

I bought two new Mercedes

As owners of two 16-year-old Mercedes, my wife and I had decided it was time to move into the 21 century of autos. We had been curious for some time about Costco's auto buying program for its members and decided to give it a look. Surely this could not apply to a high-end vehicle such as Mercedes! However, we decided to fill out the online form and give it a try. Literally less than 5 minutes after submitting the form (it was on a Sunday afternoon) we received a personal email from Kyle Edson at RBM of Alpharetta inviting us to come in for a visit so he could explain how the Costco program could save us money. We made an appointment for the next day. Kyle greeted us as soon as we arrived and we were surprised to learn that the prices we were quoted were several thousand dollars less than we had expected. We had very specific ideas about what we wanted on the vehicles and he worked hard to find cars that matched our desires. I decided to wait for the 2017s to come in (about 2 weeks) and he spent the time researching new vehicles being sent to other dealers to find one like I wanted. He was successful and it was diverted from its original destination to RBM with no additional charge to me. During this time we decided to bite the bullet and get two (!!!) new Mercedes so he went through the same process with my wife. They did have a new 2016 SUV on the lot which she immediately fell in love with. We had decided to finance through our bank rather than the dealership for a better rate, but RBM's finance department researched several banks and made it possible for us to do it there for a "one-stop shopping experience." The bottom line is that we drove off with a two new Mercedes (a 2016 GLA and a 2017 GLC) and it was a pleasant experience for everyone. A final surprise: when we were getting the instructions on the new cars, the sales manager appeared out of nowhere to tell us how much they appreciated us putting our faith in RBM of Alpharetta. Now if we can only get another 16 years out of these cars.

Mercedes MClass experience

The dealership staff were warm, inviting and professional. Everyone from reception to finance were awesome. Vadim worked with me and provided world class care, he listened attentively and clarified all questions asked. I definitely had a positive customer experience and the staff truly exceeded my expectations. Sharon and Lisa provided financial information and were honest and straightforward. Thank you so much.

Fantastic, easy, professional experience!!

First experience at this dealership and the salesperson Warren was absolutely outstanding! He spent lots of time answering all of our questions and ensured that we were completely confident in our decisions. The experience was very comfortable and free of any pressure tactics. All of the staff from management to sales to financing to new product orientation/training were all extremely courteous and professional at every encounter. I would not hesitate to use Warren and RBM of Alpharetta again and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great car and great buying experience!

Great overall experience. Highly Recommend

After a disappointing experience at RBM Buckhead and Sandy Springs, it was nice to receive excellent service from the staff in Alpharetta. A quick, informative online chat with Dan convinced us that the longer drive to Alpharetta was worth it. Vadim did a great job of presenting different car options and was willing to work on the pricing. We left with a new car and highly recommend this dealership.

Best Car Dealership Experience Ever!

When we decided to get the second car for our family, I went to Audi, BMW, Lexus and Mercedes to test the cars in the same class. Dealing with Vadim made my decision much easier, as he truly treated me as family or a friend. I didn't experience anything close with other guys. Most dealers will be nice to you until they get you to buy something, but once you start having questions and your purchase takes longer then they expected it all falls into peaces. Not with RBM. Vadim, really did go above and beyond on his job. I have test drove three different cars, on three different occasions and even took the car home over night. He was nothing buy helpful to the max. Answered all the questions and was very familiar with these vehicles. He even drove me home one day on his own time when I didn't have a ride. He didn't want me to get UBER. When I wanted to test drive a car with specific color/trim options that they didn't have on the lot at the time, he offered to let me drive his own car, as it had the options I was looking for. Who does that?! I mean, really impressed and will come back here for my next Benz for sure. Even after the purchase he stayed in contact with me to make sure everything is at 100%. Couldn't recommend him and RBM more.

Low Pressure, High Information

Excellent approach to buying a car. Low pressure environment, gave me the information I needed quickly, no games. Found Mercedes ownership to make sense for me financially and even have lower insurance than my previous BMW. Very Happy.

Great purchase experience

Excellent experience with a new car purchase. From the original appointment to test drive to selecting a specific GLE350 and the finance process, this dealership was a pleasure to do business. Ramona was extremely helpful and truly offered a low pressure and stress free purchasing experience.

Fast and Easy

I couldn't believe what I saw. After searching for 3 weeks for an E350 with the color combination I wanted, there it was, at RBM. I called and made a deal over the phone and picked it up 2 days later.
