Great Experience!
Schaeffer made purchasing our first Sprinter Van easy. We had already shopped around looking at the Ford Van and online Mercedes vans - when we called RBM of Alpharetta - they beat the price. It was a no brainer. In addition, they arranged for installation of all of the extra little items we wanted. Because we live a long ways away - Schaeffer made arrangements to meet us halfway for delivery - a plus for a small business owner. Overall it was an excellent experience and we have recommended Schaeffer at RBM to several of our customers.

Amazing experience from start to finish
I had the opportunity to visit RBM of alpharetta to buy a CPO c280 and the experience was superb. Warren is not your typical dealer, he was honest, professional and very upfront on our expectations. We gave him an offer and the manager himself who is Neil came to us directly and worked out a price we both agreed on. There was no back and forth on haggling, it was so painless and smooth, I have found a new mercedes dealer to go to. Warren also accommodated us with an extra set of rubber floor mats. He really went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. I highly recommend warran and the people at RBM of alpharetta

No pressure buying experience.
We purchased a 2016 Sprinter 2500 170 Passenger model on 4/20/16. Sheaffer was our sales consultant. We couldn't be more satisfied with the whole buying process at RBM of Alpharetta, from the initial test drive to assisting us through the financing process. I highly recommend the low pressure sales approach they use at RBM, and Sheaffer was a pleasure to work with. He is knowledgeable about the product and made the whole process a breeze.

Very pleasant buying experience
Purchased my first Mercedes and was very happy with the entire experience. I found the certified pre-owned E350 online and called to inquire about the car before visiting the dealership. I was hoping that the car would live up to the online description and pictures and it did! From the first phone call to finalizing the deal, the whole process was great! Every person I worked with was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely purchase another vehicle here.

Top notch staff
From the minute my husband and I walked into the dealership we were treated with respect and received excellent service. We found our dream car and left the dealership feeling pretty special. All of the staff were excellent from the receptionist to the person who showed us how to operate our vehicle. We were very pleased with the experience. The showroom and customer waiting area is top notch and that is an experience in itself!

After doing a ton of research on mid-sized, all-wheel-drive SUVs, I narrowed the choices to two brands. I started with Mercedes-Benz & the closest dealership, RBM of Alpharetta. I was fortunate that the receptionist hooked me up with Andy Sayers. After owning another "luxury"German brand for nearly 20 years, I am making the switch to Mercedes-Benz primarily because of Andy's competence & professionalism. As a retired executive for another European auto manufacturer with responsibilities that included dealer training, I can assure you that Andy epitomizes the very best customer focus. P.S. I never bothered to even visit the other competing contender.
