Pleasant buying experience

Found the car that fit my requirements in stock with the help of our salesman, George Timmes. It took a short time to value our trade-in vehicle.and close the deal. Every one from the sales manager, service manager, financial staff were very professional and treated my wife and I as if we were their only customer. Diane Evans was wonderful training us on the operation and set up of our vehicle. The vehicle was detailed and fill with gas before we left the dealership.

Great Experience Talking w/Georga Timmes

George Timmes spent tons of time with my wife and I looking at new and certified pre-owned C300 models. He was very knowledgeable and gave us all the information we asked for. Although I would up buying an Audi, I would highly recommend George to anyone interested in a Mercedes and believe they would have an awesome buying experience dealing with George!

great experience

My wife and I were looking for a replacement car for a car recently totaled. Our budget was pretty low and we didn't really expect to be able to purchase a MB. We met Kyle at the dealership and he was very helpful and friendly. Kyle showed us several vehicles over about ten days. We ended up making a purchase from another dealer of a different brand than MB. Kyle was very nice and thanked us for the opportunity to help in our car search. I will certainly return to RBM in the future to look for other cars. Everybody I had contact with at the RMB lot was wonderful.

Excellent service, trustworthy staff, and quality vehicles.

I have dealt with many dealerships before, but RBM of Alpharetta left a very positive impression after my first visit. The staff- Warren Phillips and Neil Turry were friendly, knowledgeable, and patient throughout our search- and let me add honest. We left more than satisfied with a great deal and a new car!

No Pressure!! Just good customer service!!!

I saw a pre-owned S550 on their website and decided to visit. Kyle met me and offered a test drive on the vehicle I was interested in. Kyle was professional and informative!!!
