World Class Service

I had the pleasure of working with Kyle Edson when buying my E350. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable and helped make my experience a great one. I love my new Mercedes!

Great Service

RBM of Alpharetta provided great service and was extremely friendly. I would recommend this dealership if you are looking for a Mercedes. They were very knowledgeable of the spec of the cars and history of the models and options.

Best experience buying a car ever!

Kyle at RBM Alpharetta was very patient and informative. He answered every question we asked (and there were many) and kept me up to date as to when the the car would be ready and the things that needed to be done before we could drive it off the lot. He was very professional and easy to work with. I would recommend RBM and Kyle to anyone seeking a good experience in car buying. I nerver even thought of buying a Mercedes at any other dealership. RBM is the ultimate.

Customer Service

Mr Phillips was outstanding on his part of this sale. He had all the answers to our questions and went out of his way to make sure this transaction went smoothly and that we were happy with the vehicle we bought. If we were ever to buy another vehicle he is the person we would call. We are very happy with Mr. Phillips and the dealership he works for. Every person we came in contact with did their very best to make sure we had all the information we needed. We want to thank Mr. Phillips for all his help and if we know anyone else who is looking for a vehicle we would gladly recommend him.

Really, the best.

Ramona Razavi really likes what she does. Her attention excelled our expectations. Her knowledge of details of all the cars I asked about made our transaction easier. She answered every question with enthusiasm. We didn't expect to finish the purchase of our new car and drive home with it, but she made it happen. The same with Sharon Thompson in the Financing Department. Sharon made us feel comfortable as if we were old friends. She made recomendations that will save us money in the future. This has been an outstanding experience.

My car home since 1982.

Trust is the word I would use to describe RBM. Andy Sayers and RBM are synonymous for me. He has helped me purchase cars, providing facts and understanding without pressure I purchased my fifth different model yesterday and look forward to enjoying it as much as I have all the others. Andy sold me on the car. Lisa made the paperwork easy. Pamela's tutoring on how-to operate the car made everything so simple. A winning team and a very happy customer.

great experience

I looked online and found the car that I wanted and when I went to the dealership I dealt with Vadim Russu and was treated with respect and kindness. if we are in the market for another we will go back to RBM of Alpharetta.

I can't imagine going anywhere else for a car or service

This is our fourth car from RBM Alpharetta in five years or so. Andy Sayers helped me with all of them. GL 450, GL 550, S550 and most recently the AMG GTS - WOW what a car. Andy is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful during the process. Its always a "hassle free" no pressure experience, and always a good deal. Considering the quality of the MB product and the RBM Alpharetta dealership service and experience...... I can't see going anywhere else. P.S. I never take time to write reviews......

Great experience once again

Another great experience all around. Very helpful and insightful that led us to make our decision to work with RBM again. I wish I could take the knowledge and details provided for all my car making decisions in the future.
