EXCELLENT SERVICE!

WARREN PHILLIPS WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH!!! HE HAD EVERYTHING READY TO GO WHEN WE GOT THERE!!! THEN WHEN IT CAME TIME TO FINANCE TOM AHERN HAD US TAKEN CARE OF IN 5 MINUTES!!

Excellent service keeps us coming back....

Great, professional service!

RBM of Alpharetta was by far the best fealership I have dealt with. Warren Phillips was the epitome of the professional, courteous, and prompt dealer representative, and made this process the most relaxed buying experience I've had. From our first contact RBM captyred my confidence, and there was no question that I would confidently complete a deal with them. I did, and it was a great deal. And, Pam expertly and patiently explained every detail of the car's excellent technology, so that even someone as challenged as us could understand and use all of it. A truly great experience! First time MB owners

This ML350 is our first Mercedes and we couldn't be happier. My wife loves the size and maneuverability of this fine machine. Mr. Shaffer Cheek should be sales associate of the year if he isn't already! He made the entire experience totally awesome. We will definitely call Mr Cheek for all things Mercedes. Everyone we met at RBM Alpharetta was top notch, professional and seemed to genuinely appreciate our business. We'll be back and we send our friends!

Made Purchasing a car enjoyable

Too often car dealerships forget that purchasing a car is meant to be an enjoyable experience. This is not the case with RBM. The sales staff were extremely knowledgeable and did not try any pushy sales techniques. I felt like I had all the time and information I needed to make my decision. The actual pick up of the car was well organized and efficient. I was not left waiting around at all. I am thrilled with my new vehicle and RMB really made me happy with my decision.

Great Service All Around

Had my Grand Tour serviced and, in addition, purchased a Smart Car this past weekend. Can't say enough about RBM of Alpharetta. The service was first class in every respect. Steve Byrd, Sheaffer Cheek, and Dave Wang truly made for an outstanding experience. I plan to continue my relationship with RBM of Alpharetta and strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, courteous, and efficient dealership

Wealth of knowledge

Sheaffer Cheek makes things so easy when it is time to buy equipment. His product knowledge paired with his professionalism make it so easy to recommend him. His service after the sale also show that he is committed to a long term relationship, and I cannot say enough nice things about Mr. Cheek.

Great dealership

Great experience at Alpharetta Mercedes Benz Dealership. Our sales associate, Kyle Edson, was fantastic! He was professional and took the time to make sure we were happy with our purchase and made the process easy. The price of the vehicle was very fair after doing extensive research on our own.
