Great car purchasing experience!

Vadim was very professional and polite. He was very helpful explaining the details of the cars and answering my questions. Even when I changed my mind on which car I wanted he just ran with it did whatever it took to make sure I would be happy with my decision. Vadim did a great job responding to me on numerous occasions throughout the day leading up to the delivery of my car. I can't praise him enough on how pleasant he made this experience. Lisa did a great job in the financing department as well. She explained everything well and made this part of it stress free. The manager Niel Turry and the lady who explained the electronics in the car were wonderful. Overall a top notch experience with Vadim leading the way!

Fair, Honest and professional.

Kyle was professional and friendly. Was not pushy Kyle was honest and the dealership did exactly what he said they would do I did a trade in and they offered me with in $2.00 of what I wanted They experience was refreshing The dealership was fair and honest too and I will do business with them again I love my new car and my terms and payment are very reasonable I am a happy customer Debra Nelson

Easy to work with

Had a wonderful experience working with the RBM of Alpharetta dealership. At the start of our new vehicle journey we weren't exactly sure what we wanted so after many visits we boiled it down to one GLE. And literally at the very last second, saw another one in a color I liked better and changed vehicles. Our salesman was extremely patient, not pushy and easy to work with. I love our new SUV and am happy to recommend this dealership.

Purchased 2 new work vans-Great experience

Sheaffer Cheek helped my company purchase two new vans. He was there to assist us in each step. Even after the sale was complete and we were outfitting the vans to suit our needs with aftermarket shelving and accessories, Sheaffer was there to help line it all up and make sure the process went smoothly. Outstanding Buying Experience

Sheaffer Cheek made our buying experience "painless"! It was a pleasure working with him- there was no "overselling" Our experience from buying, to servicing, to explaining all the extras included was very enjoyable. Sheaffer and your team did a great job.

Super nice car buying experience

This is the third car I have purchased from RBM Alpharetta and Bill Winslow. The dealership is state of the art and staff is really knowledgeable and make car buying an easy and pressure free experience. Bill is a wonderful person and a great salesman. This is what keeps me going back to RBM Alpharetta.

Top Notch Dealership

Bill Winslow warmly greeted me when I arrived to look at the beautiful pre-owned SL550 that was parked near the Dealership's front doors for me to test drive. He was very professional and comfortable to deal with, quickly getting me behind the wheel for a test drive, anticipating my questions and telling me all about this incredibly fine vehicle. Sharon was very cheerful and professional, too, efficiently walking me through the financial end of the transaction. I was able to complete the process the very next evening, finishing up with Diane Evans helpfully and patiently going over some of the details about the more technical operations of the vehicle. Other sales and service professionals introduced themselves to me, which was a very nice touch. Overall, it has been a wonderful experience, with the best part of it driving this baby off of the red carpet, out of the dealership and onto the street with the top down! Thanks again, Bill!

"First Class"

First Class "Car", First Class "Service", First Class "Experience". After shopping several different brand vehicles at various dealerships, the search concluded with Sheaffer Cheek at RBM of Alpharetta! Sheaffer astutely assessed my needs, and made this my easiest and smoothest vehicle purchasing experience to date!! I love my E350 Sport (distronic system is unbelivable for my road trips!). The culture at RBM of Alpharetta is clear... this is not about buying a car, it is about the "EXPERIENCE"! The next time you are in the market for a new car, stop by RBM of Alpharetta and ask for Sheaffer!

My GL550

Many of the tedious details involved in purchasing a car were addressed on line prior to taking possession of my car. My wife and I were able to show up, attend to some mandatory matters and drive off in my GL550 in a reasonable amount of time. She said, "That was way less painful than I expected !". All of the staff were genuinely courteous and responded to our inquiries without the typical sales -hyperbole . I was particularly impressed with my salesperson, Reza Azizi. He was honest and informative. I usually research any vehicle I purchase and was glad to meet someone who actually knew much more about the car than I did. He made the entire process enjoyable !

EXCELLENT SERVICE!
