Out of town internet search. As advertised and seamless.

As a car lover, I tend to change cars every 2-3 years. I usually start my search with cargurus and research different car types and models online. Buying a used and certified vehicle is important for me to get a great vehicle at a price that works for me and is under warranty. After weeks of extensive searching and sending out feelers to multiple dealerships, I found Ron at RBM of Alpharetta. He spoke my language and shared my enthusiasm without any salesman pressure. After making a preliminary decision, my wife and I traveled to Atlanta and were very well received at the dealership. Since we were out of town buyers, all of the preliminary financing, estimates, etc. were done by phone, email and text. It was a relief to find that there no surprises upon arriving at the dealership. Finalizing the deal was quick and pleasant and I was impressed with the staff and especially my salesman, Ron Delvalle. Thanks again. Grant

Great Customer Experience

I had an excellent car buying experience at RBM of Alpharetta. George Timmes was so wonderful to work with. He was professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He worked to understand my needs and ensured they were met in the best possible way. I am a very happy customer.

Great dealer and dealership!

I went over to RBM of Alpharetta and had such an amazing experience all because of one man! Bill Favini has been the best person to deal with and has always been reasonable. He does a fantastic job and is very knowledgable of all the cars. To date I have bought 3 completely different cars from RBM of Alpharetta and all from Bill! If you go to RBM of Alpharetta you have to go see Bill! I will definitely be back and would recommend everyone to go see Bill and company over at RBM of Alpharetta.

Great Buying Experience- Andy Sayers

Andy, My husband and I want to thank you for the professional manner in which you assisted us in the purchase of the GLE 350, which I will be driving. This was the second time you assisted us in a Mercedes Benz purchase and we will certainly come to you again when we are in the market. You were extremely fair in the price offered for our trade-in and in the price negotiated for the GLE 350. "Amazing Buying Experience!!!!!"

I had the most amazing buying experience ever. I went to RBM of Alpharetta and Ramona Razavi was the best. Her pleasant personality and professionalism set her above the rest. Let me first admit I was a little intimated at first pulling up to a Mercedes Benz dealership to finally make a purchase. I was blown away at how quick and easy the whole process was, God has truly shown me favor. I was also given a tour of this awesome dealership and I felt like royalty, this is an experience I will never forget. Romona went above and beyond to make my first Benz experience an unforgettable one, and she achieve that goal. Sharon in finance also help to make this process easy brezzy she was patient and explained everything in detail. I did not feel any added pressure to make a purchase. I love you RBM of Alpharetta. Now I own a amazing Benz convertible that I love, love, love.

Excellent customer service!

I love my new Mercedes and the company I purchased it from! The only thing better than the actual car was the amazing service that I received from RBM Alpharetta. They strive to be perfect and they are. I never felt pressured to buy but I got all the information I needed to make a great decision. From the very first glance of the car to driving it home for the first time, I felt like I was given the best customer service possible. They are simply exceptional. Dan Berry is the utmost professional, giving you the knowledge you need to make the decision that is right for you. Also once you purchase your Mercedes, Diane Evans is the best teacher, showing you all of the cool things your new car can do! I just loved the whole experience.

Great Experience
