Outstanding Service!

Working with Vadim was REALLY great. I could be myself with him, ask him anything, and get in touch with him at anytime if need be, He was very friendly, helpful, and made my family's experience at RBM an amazing one; we felt super comfortable with him. I came in knowing only a little about what I wanted, and Vadim exceeded my expectations and made it so my husband and I could customize the vehicle the way we wanted it. Vadim exceeded our expectations, and we'll most definitely be calling him as well as recommending him for any and all Mercedes purchases.

Very Nice!

Derrick Wynn and the entire Team at RBM of Alpharetta were a pleasure to work with Derrick was very helpful through the entire process and even went as far as to come pick me up at home to go get our new car. OUTSTANDING! DJ.

pleasant buy

we originally targeted GLE, and then we switched to GLC which is suitable for my wife. However, since GLC is very popular, the model we would like to buy originally is not available. Thanks for the sale rep Kyle, he helped us go through each option and introduce what it is and whether it is useful/how useful for us. I really like that. He is really a nice guy and doing a great job of helping us find the car not only we like but also suitable for our needs. When we worked with him, you really don't feel that you are obligated to buy the car, but more like he is helping you to find what you want. We really do not feel the pressure to buy, which made the whole buying a pleasant experience. He also helped us to get the price that can make us smile. He is really a good guy. We highly recommend him and this dealership. My son loves their snacks and drinks. It makes you feel that they treat you seriously!

My experience with RBM

This was my second experience purchasing a vehicle from this dealership and the second time with Reza Azzizi as my sales professional. Reza made my experience painless. He and I had discussed the type of vehicle and color that I was interested in a few weeks earlier. It was almost as if he went out and purchased that vehicle for RBM inventory so that he could sell it to me. We discussed my trade and agreed on a fare value for my vehicle and an agreeable price for the car I purchased. I am sure that I made the right choice for the vehicle and my sales person, Mr. Reza Azzizi.

The best experience ever.

If any one wants to go a most trustful place with the most Honest and helpful employees , I would Recommend "RBM of Alpharetta" and would say go and ask for Mr, Bill Favini to get the best deal of your life. Bill is so friendly and real gentleman. Lisa at the finance department was so nice and caring too . My husband is super happy with the car that Bill recommended. Thanks Bill Favini ,Lisa Brennan and all other friendly staff at RBM of Alpharetta.

The best in town.....

I am a big Mercedes Benz fan.... This was my 3rd Mercedes and the 2nd from RBM of Alpharetta. RBM of Alpharetta is always so helpful, regardless if you are purchasing a new car or in the shop. Dan Berry and Theresa Cox are the best!!!!

Our best new car purchase experience to date!!

This was our best new car purchase experience ever! Great dealership and Sales person. Bill Winslow was very professional and easy to do business with. The dealership gave us a very fair deal on our trade and the purchase of the new car. My wife loves the new car!! I will definitely recommend them to our friends and family.

Professionalism at its best

Dan Berry was my service rep when I leased vehicles. He was diligent and credible - very professional. I missed having a Mercedes after a year with another vehicle, and knew that I would circle back to RBM, especially since Dan had transitioned into sales the prior year. With 25+ years of experience with the company, I find him to be the total source for all things Mercedes Benz. The purchasing process was as expected - thoughtful and professional. Dan is very pragmatic - a nice trait in a salesperson. I give Dan and RBM - all of the people with whom my husband and I dealt - 5 stars all the way around.
