Treated me like I was a VIP from start to finish
We actually found our car online and did business with them over email and phone. They were super to work with from the start. Professional, respectful, knowledgeable and just great people to do business with. We got a great price and they were responsive. Actually flew to Atlanta from Kansas City to take delivery on the car and drove it back. They arranged for a car to pick me up at the airport, had my car ready to go when I got there (and it was even more beautiful than the pictures) and greeted me like I was a VIP. Both the salesperson and the sales manager took time with me to make sure I was familiar with the car's features, had all the paperwork ready to go and handed me the keys for my drive home. They also followed up to make sure we were 100% satisfied and made it home safely. Can't say enough kind things about them and will definitely buy additional cars from them in the future - although I'm seriously in love with the one I got - it was worth the drive!

Very Professional - Painless .
Ramona Razavi was great to work with through out this entire process. All personnel at the dealership were very professional and friendly. Finance process was painless and we were able to improve our interest rate with their help. Diane was very helpful teaching me about the various features of the car and how to use them . Very patient . All in all a very good experience.

My first Mercedes-Benz
This is my first Mercedes-Benz and also my first Certified Pre-Owned automobile. It turned out to be a good buying experience! Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful personnel. We ended up driving out a certified pre-owned GLE 350 4MATIC (beautiful vehicle). After my initial conversations with Derrick over phone and email (thanks Derrick!), my experience went like this... - the appetizer was the test drive (thanks Ramona!) - the main course was the tedious negotiation :), trade-in and closing the deal (well handled by Ron and Neil - Thanks!) - the dessert was the demo and walk through of all the options by Pam (my son & wife liked it - thanks Pam!) - finally, the check (thanks Tom!) I would recommend my friends to RBM of Alpharetta...

We were looking for a luxury SUV as our next family car. Our goal was to purchase our next car sometime in July 2016 so we started with RBM of Alpharetta just to check out the new models available. Right from the time, we stepped into the showroom, we were welcomed and offered great hospitality. The ambience at the dealershipis full of vigor and energy with awesome range of most of the Mercedes models. It was absolutely an enriching experience to have George helped and guide us through the entire process. He not only helped us choose the right vehicle for our family needs but also patiently answered all the questions and there was no pressure or push of any kind to purchase the car. George was more than willing to work with us to get us the car that has all the features we needed. Also we thought we have known everything about the model we were interested after seeing the YouTube videos but it's only after having the discussions with George, we came to know about many details that otherwise we never thought of.
