New CLA250

I purchased my new 2015 CLA250 today from RBM North Mercedes Benz. This dealership is top of the line. From arrival to departure, the entire staff is friendly and courteous, creating an unpretentious and comfortable shopping experience. If you're in the market for a new or preowned Mercedes, I strongly suggest you consult with Bill Favini. This is my second vehicle I've purchased from him and both experiences were exceptional. Bill will answer all of your questions and goes above and beyond to provide the best experience possible. Great Experience

I was professionally greeted each time I walked in and the purchasing process was at ease. I had the pleasure of having Vadim as my Sales Consultant. Vadim was able to come close to matching a loan offer I was getting outside the dealership and he was able to work with his manager and match an appraisal offer I was quoted for my trade in. I would recommend this dealership to everyone within my network.

complete experience at RBM, wonderfull and attentive team

We recently purchased his and hers, two cars, at the dealer ship. We worked with Kyle Edson and had a great experience. Kyle was very easy to work with. He was very respectful and considerate to our needs, likes and preferences. With his patience and attentiveness through the decision making and purchasing processes, he made sure our experience is satisfying and compete. Great Experience

The folks at RBM of Alpharetta were great. Derrick Wynn was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle purchased. He was very polite and great to work with. Neil Turry was also great to work with. He went out of his way to make sure we got the deal We wanted.

Great Experience!

My wife and I bought new GLC300 from RBM of Alpharetta and it was great experience overall. When we went their for the first time, we were not even sure what car would be the best car for us; however, our sales rep Ron helped us to resolve that!! He was so patient, knowledgeable and great!! 2016 SLK 300 purchase

Andy Sayers of RBM Alpharetta assisted me with my purchase of a 2016 SLK 300. Andy is very easy to talk to and he listens to your thoughts and needs regarding a car. He is very knowledgeable about the cars Mercedes sells. He served not only as the sales person but he was the individual working with me about the pros and cons of buying or leasing. I was able to deal with one person for all aspects of my car hunting and eventually my purchased.
