Ron DelValle - New GLA250
I had a identified a GLA250 that I wanted to purchase and exchange emails and phone calls with Ron. Upon arriving at the dealership, I learned that the car I wanted had been sold that morning. Ron worked quickly to identify an alternative and I ended up with a better option. I highly recommend Ron and Sharon in finance. It was a stellar buying experience. Start to finish it was under 3 hours.

Great experience
Ramona was overall the best deal that I have ever experienced in my life. Not only did she assist me in finding the exact car that I want it she treated me with the upmost respect and professionalism I would expect when spending money to buy a vehicle. Great service, knowledgeable service advisors & salespeople
My wife and I have owned 2 Mercedes automobiles (E class and ML class) since 2003. We had both vehicles serviced at RBM in Sandy Springs, GA, and our service advisor was Dan Berry. When RBM opened a new store in Alpharetta, they moved Dan to that location which was actually more convenient to my home, so we continued having Dan take care of our service needs. Dan was always very courteous and impressively knowledgeable about which services were coming up, so we always felt that he was looking out for our financial interests as well as for the reliability of our cars. Dan has since moved into the sales department, so other RBM service advisors (Carl Denton and Don Retajski) are helping us maintain our vehicles now. The entire RBM staff is courteous and helpful, and they are true professionals. We do not take our vehicles anywhere else for service, because we trust RBM to provide us the best possible factory-trained support. When the time comes for us to buy new Mercedes-Benz vehicles, we will confidently rely on Dan Berry to provide the same level of professional attention to us as he did when he was our service advisor for so many years. As well as Dan knows the cars, I can't imagine buying a Mercedes-Benz from anyone else.

Wonderful Experience!
This is our 6th purchase with RBM Alpharetta and with Andy Sayers. The dealership as well as Andy are exceptional. While we did shop some other Mercedes dealerships in Atlanta for this purchase we were delighted that RMB Alpharetta was able to make the deal happen! Sharon in finance also made that process easy. Thanks to all AGAIN for a wonderful car shopping experience.

Awesome New Car Purchase Experience.
I have purchased a lot of cars in 40 years from dealers but have never had a better experience than at RBM Alpharetta, Georgia! From Bill Winslow our salesman to Sharon Thompson in Finance and Diane Evans our Product Concierge who trained us on the car.....it was all awesome and can't say enough on how professional and thorough they all were.
