Working with Dan Berry at RBM was simply the most sophisticated, simple and enjoyable car purchase I have ever made. Dan is uber knowledgeable on the Mercedes vehicles and shoots straight. He knows the value of giving your word and being a "Partner" to his clients. RBM was icing on the cake. Outstanding.

Great experience.
We bought our first Mercedes from RBM of Alpharetta, a GLC300 and love it. Bill Winslow, Neil Terry, Pam and Diane were all exceptional. The whole experience was 5 star as is our GLC 300. They took their time with us and we never felt rushed and they answered all of our questions.

Best car buying experience I've ever had.
The car pricing was the best we found. The staff were knowledgeable, helpful, and very courteous. We live almost 300 miles away and the communication was great. No complaints whatsoever. The service we received was outstanding. Highly recommended.

Great experience, used CLK
Bought a used CLK convertible from RBM a couple of weeks ago. The entire experience, from shopping, to service after the sale, was perfect. Our salesman, Bill Winslow, could not have been any better. He is incredibly professional, extremely patient, and made the whole transaction a very pleasant experience. Lisa Brennan, in finance, was not only very pleasant to deal with, but with Bill arranged for my wife, who is fighting breast cancer, to receive a dozen pink roses with the car. My wife loves the car and raves about RBM to all her friends. The highest compliment I can give is that we'll be coming back for our next car. Great experience due to great people. Thanks again. Ken

Loving my New Mercedes & RBM of Alpharetta
Had a wonderful experience with RBM of Alpharetta! The showroom is so beautiful and very upscale, the cars look like they are under the stars :) The only thing better than the getting my car was the amazing service that I received from RBM Alpharetta. They strive to be perfect and they are. I never felt pressured to buy but I got all the information I needed in a very timely manner to make a great decision. From the very first glance of the car to driving it home for the first time, I felt like I was given the best customer service possible. They are simply exceptional. Dan Berry is the utmost professional, giving you the knowledge you need to make the decision that is right for you, such a nice guy! Great Experience
I was professionally greeted each time I walked in and the purchasing process was at ease. I had the pleasure of having Vadim as my Sales Consultant. Vadim was able to come close to matching a loan offer I was getting outside the dealership and he was able to work with his manager and match an appraisal offer I was quoted for my trade in.
