Great buying service from David Wong

Amazing experience

Dan Berry was such a gentleman and very professional. He made the experience such an enjoyable one. I love my new car and I would absolutely suggest that if you are looking for a Mercedes , go see Dan- first class all the way!

Lemon and Bad Service

I have been a regular customer since the opening of RBM North in the Cumming area. I've purchased over 5 cars from this dealership and have watched the professionalism and service go from exceptional to down right disturbing. I purchased an E550 Convertible that would shut the stereo off every time I turned the car off while the roof was open. Evidently, the sales manager who had driven the car and knew about the issue before selling it to me but withheld that information. A complete lack of ethics on his part. I took the car in for service to attempt to resolve and I received the car back with the convertible top not put back together but rather had a hydraulic pole sitting in my truck and pieces laying around upon returning to me. The issue was never resolved and RBM continued to sell this model knowing the issue as being on all models. Although the GM did what he could to work with me to replace the vehicle the attitude I got from both Bill Favini in Sales, the dishonesty from the Sales Manager and the blatant rudeness from Service was nothing short of shocking. All the previous good service I had received from this dealership went down the drain in a hurry by the shocking and disturbing apathy I received from the staff. I hope that the experience was a learning experience for the staff as I made several complaints about the experience. At this time I would not recommend this dealership until changes are made in both sales and service.

My purchase experience

I have had the experience of knowing and working with Bill Winslow for many years. I have also known and worked with many dealerships and dealer personnel. Bill is by far the one and only person that as a single woman I truly trust. He is also knowledgeable and experienced in the business and is a constant professional. He is the reason I purchased my vehicle at this store. Love you Bill!! and love my new car. I feel safe and well taken care of.

Relaxing experience

Fabian Tafar, You understood what I wanted gave me options made sure I drove two of the Smart Proxy cars Manuel version or automatic; that I got all incentives applied. The team you work with is great,too. I did not have to worry about my dad (stroke patient) your team made him feel important and welcome.

Great experience.

RBM Alpharetta had just the CPO I was looking for, Ramona helped me with every detail of purchasing and she was wonderful to work with. I would definetly recommend RBM to anyone looking for a Mercedes.

Great experience in purchasing automobile

We had looked on Internet and received a call from Fabian. We visited RBM and purchased a E350 which we love! We received excellent service from the entire staff! Yesterday my husband returned to GA and said he had never driven a more comfortable car which also handled beautifully! We will recommend this dealership without hesitation. Fabian could not have been more helpful or nicer! We are very pleased! Thanks for everything!

Wonderful experience at RBM

I have been actively looking for a used GL450, and initiated my conversation with RBM via email. Fabian responded very quickly and from that point on was very responsive to all of my needs and questions, whether in-person, over the phone, over email, or with witty responses over text. It took over 4 months to find the perfect car, but Fabian was patient and helpful at every step along the way; never pushy. I couldn't be happier with my like-new 2012 GL450. THANKS FABIAN AND RBM ALPHARETTA!

Great experience

We just purchased our first Mercedes Benz, we contacted the RBM by internet and Dan Berry contact ed us. After that we went to his office and everythings ran excepcional good with Dan Berry. He is great and kind , all the process was easy and fast , very professional and friendly as well as Lisa in the Finance area. Everyone in the office were very kind and gently. We highly recommend this dealer.
