Excellent purchasing experience

I had top notch experience overall. My salesperson, Vadim Russu, was always honest, professional and outstanding customer service. Love the family atmosphere of the dealership.

Integrity says it all !

My wife and I decided to start looking at cars. We were t sure what we wanted so we looked at every SUV from A to Z. Once we settled on the final 2 choices , Lexus and Mercedes we really drilled down on everthing available in our research. This was no easy task. Lexus had an " attitude" about them because they were rated best overall in Consumer reports. They are my bible on cars. We spoke to several dealers and just didn't get the feeling that they cared if we bought or not. When we some with several Mercedes dealers , we were impressed with their knowledge and years of service with the dealership. In the end it came down to whom do we want to spend the next 3-4 years with Bill Favini with RBM of Alpharetta stays late and gave us honest pros and cons He cared about our comfort and concerns more than the sale of the car. Now that's a first for us. He told us to think things through and not just buy because we had an itch I was amazed at his total integrity during the entire sales process. We've had the cars 3 days and he has already called us both to be sure we were happy That's just never happened before. Thanks to Bill Favini, we are an RBM Mercedes customer for life ! Thank you Bill Favini. This was a wonderful experience

Exceptional experience

We ended up at RBM of Alpharetta because we had found a used car we wanted in their inventory. I sort of expected to be treated as less important because we weren't shopping for a new car and the used car was a Ford, not a Mercedes. I couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. Everyone treated us with respect from our sales person to the manager and the financial manager. We got a great deal on a great car without any hassle. I'd go back and I will recommend them to others.

Five star class

RBM of Alpharetta is the best dealership I have ever been to. Everyone is so nice and friendly! This is my second Mercedes from this dealership and I will always go see my friend, Reza Azizi. He knows how to get things done, he's so accommodating, he's so nice. The buying process was quick and painless. I'm grateful to him for helping me to deal with my special circumstances.

Great and Fun experience

Working with Dan Berry was a pleasure. He shares a passion for cars as much as for working at RBM and it shows. He is outstanding in follow up and customer service out of this world. I must also mention that the whole experience was fun! I look forward to working with Dan for years to come.

Five star service

RBM of Alpharetta is the best dealership that I have ever been to! The receptionist and everyone there is so nice! My sales person, Reza Azizi, is one of the nicest people that I have ever met. He does not just sell me a car and leave me hanging...He makes sure I have a great service experience and takes very good care of me! I'm so grateful to Reza!

Professional Sales Staff that you can talk to.

My wife and I settled on a particular vehicle and started our internet search. I asked for information from three dealerships. Two responded via email but only Vadim Russu of RBM of Alpharetta called me to answer my questions and professionally guide me through negotiations. Vadim corresponded with me on my trade-in and we arrived at a fair price. We drove 370 miles to complete the sale and while we were at RBM of Alpharetta we were warmly welcomed and graciously assisted. The dealership that did not call us was only 26 miles from our home.

Great Shopping Experience - worth the drive

After having my car totaled by a teenager who was texting and driving, I looked over three states for a replacement. A friend advised me to avoid Atlanta as it had been associated as a dumping ground for bad used cars and unsavory dealerships. However, I took a chance and found a Mercedes in immaculate condition online with RBM. I live in Columbia, SC and several things made me drive seven hours round trip. First, the dealership rating on several reputable sites was incredible with very impressive comments from folks. And Vadim (my sales rep) was professional and made the overall experience very satisfying. Once there, I was treated exactly the way I would expect - professionally and with great care. The dealership was immaculate, the management team met with me and took the time to say hello. If in the market again, RBM of Alpharetta would be my first choice even though I am over 225 miles away. Very efficient!

Our purchasing experience was great! The entire transaction was very easy and went smoothly. Ron Devalle showed us cars that met our criteria and we quickly made a decision. The amount given to us for our trade was reasonable and explained in detail by Ron and Neil Turrey. Sharon Thompson was quick and thorough with our paper work and Diane Evens did a great job in explaining the car's computerized operations. Wonderful experience.
