Excellent Sales Experience
I was pleasantly surprised by the sales experience at RBM. My salespeson, Reza Azizi worked hard to get me the best deal possible and closed the process nicely by ensuring that my car was delivered when it was promised. I also received a great tutorial about the features of the car before driving it off the lot and for any questions post-purchase he has been responsive and welcoming.

Car buying experience at its best!
I don't normally leave reviews, but I simply can't help myself. I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2014 C250 at RBM Mercedes Benz of Alpharetta and my sales consultant Bill Favini was awesome. I was extremely impressed by his attentiveness and knowledge of the car. During the process I was introduced to a few other team members, Diane Evans and Lisa Brennan, which both gave top-notch service just as Bill. I have purchased cars from other dealerships before and I have never felt so ecstatic about my purchase and experience. Thanks for making my car buying process so easy and professional.

Great Experience at RBM of Alpharetta
I had a great experience buying a Smart car from RBM last Saturday. I inquired about the car via email. A few minutes later I received a response from Fabian Tafur. During the following hour Fabian and I exchanged a couple of other emails that lead to the sale. Fabian was very responsive and answered all my questions. He passed my information to the financing dept who in turn approved me for a loan. Fabian also suggested that I send him a copy of my driver's license and insurance info so he would have all paper work ready for me when I showed up. When I arrived at the dealership, the car was already detailed and ready to go. Fabian and the financing lady made my process so smooth such that it took only a few minutes to have all paperwork done. I was so happy with the experience and would definitely recommend RBM and Fabian to my friends.

Great Experience! Simple. Easy. Pleasurable.
My wife and I purchased a new car this week from RBM of Alpharetta. It was truly a pleasure working with Andy Sayers throughout the entire process. Prior to this experience, buying a car has never been something we looked forward to doing due to being pressured to make decisions or due to the negotiation process. Our experience with Andy was easy, simple, quick and an entirely pleasant experience from beginning to end. We never felt any pressure to do anything. The negotiation process was nonexistent as the initial offer price was very fair based upon my research (TrueCar). Late in the process when I expressed possible concerns about one aspect of the vehicle, Andy said it wouldn't be any problem at all if we changed our minds (we didn't) as they wanted us to be completely satisfied with our decision. I could tell that he was sincere. This is how car buying should be and this is how it was for us working with Andy. We will definitely ask for him when we are ready to purchase another car and recommend him to friends without hesitation.

Derrick Wynn was the most professional and knowledgeable salesperson I have ever met in years. He's very knowledgeable in his Mercedes Benz. The process was fast and easy and very thorough. Mind of Knowledge, Heart of Service
I just purchased my second car here over the past five years. I returned because of my solid experience with my first Mercedes and this service department, I was so fortunate to again be assisted by someone highly knowledgeable and service focused. Andy Sayers did a very good job in transitioning me from a car I adored to a car I hopefully, will enjoy as much as or more. Though we had just met in phone calls and emails over the past few days, he seemed to immediately understand my needs and desires and did nothing to push me toward more, while making sure I did not settle for less. Andy is extremely professional while exuding a genuine warmth. Gotta' say ... his lovely English accent doesn't hurt the process either! :) Seriously, not one disconnect have I ever found with this RBM of Alpharetta team from the greeters to the Service Department's Teresa, Don, and the many unseen faces who have cared for my car; to the Sales Department's Andy and his Manager; and to sharp Sharon in the Finance Department ... all top notch! Thanks for staying 'till they turned off the lights, Folks, to make sure I got the benefits of the great September promotion too!
