Outstanding Experience

I just recently purchased a new car from RBM of Alpharetta. My sales associate David Wang was, as always, fantastic. We have purchased several cars from David in the past. He is extremely knowledgeable and was efficient in making this purchase quick and easy. I was very pressed for time and David ensured that everything was prepared and ready for me to make my purchase. No waiting around in the dealership for hours. Everything was ready, including the car, as promised. His communication and follow-up was excellent. This sales associate is the one to see if you are interested in purchasing or leasing a new Mercedes Benz!

Great experience again

I am a returning lease client, and RBM has always been top terrific. From the GM to the sales managers, Finance manager Lisa, and my sales person, Ron Devalle, were all extremely professional, and made the car buying experience great.

World Class Service!

Bill Winslow provided exceptional service every step of the way through the purchase of my new Mercedes. He provided professional, knowledgeable service without any pressure or hard sale tactics. He made the process of purchasing the car enjoyable! He was even willing to come in on his day off to accommodate by schedule! He was thorough yet very efficient throughout the entire transaction. If you're in the market for a Mercedes, call Bill. If you aren't, you should be! I love my new car!

Comfortable and pleasant car buying experience.

We had positive experiences with the service department at RBM of Alpharetta in the past, so when it came to shopping for a used car, we thought we would give them a try. We were pleased with our decision. Andy was informative, helpful, and easy to communicate with. There was no pressure and it was a comfortable buying experience. Everyone worked as a team to make our process quick and smooth.

The Best or Nothing !

My wife and I purchased a CPO GLK from this location and we had one of the best experiences throughout the process. We were buying the vehicle sight unseen as we live in Ohio and Derrick and Ramona did an amazing job guiding us through the process. Once we hit the ground we were picked up from the airport by RBM and everything went as smooth as possible once we arrived. RBM was stellar and in-bodies "The Best or Nothing" phrase. A pleasant experience fro start to finish.

My wife and I were very satisfied with our experience at RBM of Alpharetta. Our salesman, Fabian Tafur, was outstanding. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and excited about the products that he represents. He did not make us feel pressured in any way and he had a very nice personality that elicited trust and honesty. He is very much NOT your stereotypical car salesman and that was very refreshing to us. When it came down to the negotiating process, it was stress free. We felt comfortable with their "bottom line" price of the vehicle we were purchasing, and we felt the price they offered us for our trade-in was fair. There were no "back and forths" between the salesman, sales manager, and us, which was nice. We would highly recommend Fabian @ RBM of Alpharetta for your next Mercedes-Benz.

Excellent Experience at RBM of Alpharetta

We had an excellent experience purchasing a vehicle from sale person Andy Sayers at RBM of Alpharetta. Without pressure Andy made things as quick and easy as possible. We’ve bought our share of vehicles over the years and Andy Sayers is about as friendly and helpful as it gets!

RBM of Alpharetta Makes The Mercedes-Benz Experience Better

My new 2015 GLK 350 is my third Mercedes-Benz from RBM and second GLK. One could not ask for a better car or dealership experience! Dan Berry is an exceptional sales associate with a great skill set of knowledge, professionalism and experience with the brand! The entire RBM team makes the buying and ownership experience seamless and worry free. This is a dealership that understands the car business is not a one size fits all proposition! Apply that to the Mercedes-Benz brand and you are guaranteed a good experience and lasting customer relationships. Brand loyalty is hard to come by especially when two brands are sharing the stage. Mercedes-Benz and RBM exemplify the what others only talk about! Thank you Dan and thank you Peter Leavy for buiding a great team! Fabian was Fabulous!

my husband and I went into Dealership looking for someone who was recommended by a friend who has bought more than 5 cars from you dealership. He was not there, but Fabian was and from the first smile we were made to feel at ease and knew we were in good hands.....I guess the product sells itself, so he didn't need to be a salesman, but just give us all the info we needed to make an informed decision. He delivered my car to my driveway and set the garage door!! Lisa was also concise and professional in her finance presentation.

Great experience and well informed

I visited RMB and worked with Bill Favini. He was professional and told me everything about the SLK I was looking to lease. I appreciated the time that he spent and no pressure approach to the car buying experience. This is the way it should be everywhere. I will be back for sure!
