Above and Beyond Customer Service

I had a great experience with RBM of Alpharetta not only is the environment clean and welcoming but the staff is friendly and helpful throughout each step in the process. I had the opportunity to visit on several occasions and always received prompt and friendly service and would be happy to recommend them to friends and family.

Bill Favini and RBM are top notch professional

Excellent Expirience

I had recently purchased a 2015 C300 from this dealership and I had an excellent experience. My sales rep, Fabian, was very helpful in purchasing this car. We had asked many questions about this car, as we wanted one that was fully loaded and rare to find. Fabian had spent many hours of his time to make sure that we found the perfect car. Overall, amazing experience.

Fabian is simply the best in the business!

I had such an amazing experience buying a new car and I owe it all to Fabian and his incredible, personable service. He went above and beyond to help me find the perfect car and truly cares about his customers. In fact, his approach is to welcome them and treat them like family and now I know it to be true! He is very courteous, friendly, and there was never any pressure. I learned a lot about my new car thanks to his help. I will recommend him to every one who wants to buy a Mercedes and had such a wonderful time and felt safe working with Fabian! I am so happy to have had the pleasure of working with him. Thank you!!

We trust RBM so much that we brought 2 cars at once!

What outstanding service and professionalism we received from Porscha Gibbs and Derrick Wynn members of the RBM of Alpharetta sales team. They and their Manage Neil Turry really made us feel so fully comfortable and understood about all needs, that we brought 2 cars from them the same day!...We thank them all for a great easy car buying experience!...Totally recommend RBM of Alpharetta!!!

Best Sales Professional Ever!

After moving to Atlanta recently, I was rear-ended in morning traffic. My 2010 E350 was totaled but I was in good shape. I honestly believe that the fact that I was driving a MB saved me from serious back injury. When I started shopping for a replacement, a friend recommended RBM of Alpharetta to me. Fabian Tafur was happy to help me as soon as I arrived at the showroom. He asked me questions about my taste in cars, guided me to the best matches, and, walked me through every step of the financial process. Fabian is the best! I have found a new Mercedes home!

First time w/RBM-Great experience after totaling 2008 E350

I was shopping for another Mercedes after totaling my 2008 E350. Knowing I was still recuperating from the accident, Ron was very helpful and most considerate. He was very responsive and I couldn't be happier with the attention to detail and the final choice we made. Sharon was a delight. Very friendly and she spent as much time as needed us to get through all of the paperwork. Her follow-up was much appreciated. Thanks RBM!!!

Most Pleasant Car Purchase Experience Ever

Thanks to Ramona Razavi I have made my first Mercedes purchase! After researching many vehicles and dealing with many representatives I was blessed to have Ramona assist me on my visit to RBM. Her intelligence, compassion, and dedication to customer service were what brought me back. I had not decided on a sedan or SUV, so I test drove both. Ramona went over the details and showed me all the features on the models I drove. She didn't try to just 'sell' me a car, she was truly interested in listening to my thoughts and desires and answeried all of my questions. She even made suggestions to help me in my final decision. Her thoroughness, attention to detail, and straightforward attitude sold me on RBM. Ramona made the purchase of my GLK the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. She wouldn't even let me carry out my new accessories purchase all by myself! Thank you Ramona! And thank you to the rest of the RBM team who assisted in obtaining a vehicle with all the features I wanted, making the transaction a breeze, and helping me personalize my GLK before I drove it off!!
