Liked them so much I bought Two!
I had been poking around on the internet, looking at the CLS550, and decided to stop by and take a look at them in person since I was in the area looking at a mini for my business. After a miserable experience at that particular dealer, I headed to RBM Alpharetta to just take a quick look. We met Portia there who showed me a CLS550 and the S Class so I could compare, and then wen home for the evening. While we were there, my girl friend had been interested in a C class so we went back to take a harder look as it was in the same price range as the Cooper S. She ended up buying it from Portia, who was very easy-going, and great to work with. I think the two of them drove 5 or 6 different cars that day. We had a great experience with her, and were very happy with the final price and the car. Over the next couple weeks, she called to check up on us and the car, and I made a joke about the CLS550 being my car. She never pressured me, but always reminded me that it hadn't sold. I eventually caved, and called her and told her to send it to the detailer, because I would be there to pick it up in the morning lol. I hate buying cars, I hate showing conventional dealers where they are trying to screw me, I hate the arguing back and forth as they tell me that they are taking a loss on this car just to do me a favor, and that somehow magically they are the only used dealer in the state not making a 30-45% margin on their used cars. I know the games, and I don't like to play them. Obviously, Mercedes is a healthy dealership, and businesses exist to make money; but if they can make their money, and I can feel like I got a good deal (which I did) even knowing how it all works, they're doing it right. My new favorite dealership.

I bought a used Ford F-350 from Ramona and she was very pleasant to work with. The vehicle was exactly what they described. The GM of the store came out and introduced himself and was also very pleasant as well. I'm very happy with my purchase.

The Best or Nothing is TRUE regarding RBM of Alpharetta !
My experience ordering , receiving, and purchasing a BEAUTIFUL Night Black 2015 Mercedes-Benz CLA 250 four door coupe with Sport Plus Option Package could not POSSIBLY been easier, smoother, or in any other form , BETTER ! After contacting another dealer 4 or 5 times with NO RESPONSE , I gave RBM Mercedes of Alpharetta a chance to earn my business. They did NOT disappoint ! I HIGHLY reccomend my salesperson, Ramona Razavi. She WAS and IS the BEST. Mr. Ellis, Ms. Evans, Ms. Duster, AND Mr. Turry were ALL a great pleasure to do business with. My wife and I WILL return to RBM of Alpharetta for our future Mercedes-Benz purchasing needs. Oh... that OTHER Mercedes-Benz dealer that never returned my multiple phone calls or e-mails ? Excellent, Smooth and Easy.
These are three words that describe the purchase of our 2013 CPO E350. It was finally time for our 2000 C230 to be replaced just 30,000 miles short of earning its 500,000 KM service badge. Dan Brown and Sharon Thompson made the entire transaction a pleasant experience. This is the second CPO purchase from RBM of Alpharetta in 18 months. RBM of Alpharetta has been our service provider for over 10 years as well. From the "front" of the business to the "rear" you will be well taken care of.

Vadim Russu comes through again!
I bought my first Smart Car from Vadim Russu on 6/8/15 (my birthday present) and was completely satisfied with the patient explanations, help and otherwise excellent sales experience he provided. Due to an unfortunate accident my car was totaled on 8/18/15. As soon as my insurance company settled with me, I contacted Vadim and he was able to sell me another Smart Car that day. The fact I contacted Vadim immediately says volumes about how extraordinary and caring salesperson he is. I would definitely tell my friends to call on Vadim and RBM of Alpharetta to purchase a car. Two cars in two months certainly is an indication of the impression he made on me!

Best Car Dealership - anywhere
RBM North is an outstanding dealership. On this purchase, our sales person Fabian Tafur knew the product well, gave us the information and space to learn and make decisions He took sound initiative in closing the sale and getting the details on trades and insurance wrapped up. The Finance person, Carol Duster was the best I have dealt with in this role. No high pressure to sell up and she made the paper work process clear and fast. The vehicle trainer, Diane Evans made the process of getting in and driving away making full use of the incredible technology, easy. And, or course, Mary Brown on reception who on arrival, always makes me feel like I am coming home. A great tam to deal with.

Professional and inviting
My Wife saw the CLA in the parking lot after dinner and from that point she had to have one. We completed the online app and was contacted by Dan Berry. After a few emails we came to an agreement on the purchase of our very first Mercedes. The process was the easiest and fastest car buying experience we've ever had. We chose the car we wanted, was notified when it arrived and then we picked it up. We was offered a beverage as Dan was notified of our arrival. Dan had the documents ready to be signed. He took us on a tour of the facilities to show us where our car would be serviced. The finance manager explained the terms and warranty options. We was given a tutorial on the car features and setting up our personal preferences. Overall a welcoming experience. We are proud to be in the Mercedes-Benz family!

Best Car Buying Experience EVER!
After being totally snubbed/ignored at the RBM Atlanta Dealer we decided to give Mercedes-Benz one more try. I found a car I liked on the RBM of Alpharetta website and asked for an online price quote. Within minutes I received an email from Ramona Razavi inviting me to schedule a time to come in for a test drive. I made the appointment for the next day and upon arriving was promptly welcomed and introduced to Ms. Razavi, who showed me the cars and took me for a test drive. She patiently answered all my questions and let me take plenty of time with the cars. I found the entire experience very enjoyable. I never at any time felt pressured or pressed to make a decision. When it became clear my spouse would not make it to the dealer to see the car I wanted before close of business that day, Ms. Razavi arranged for me to take a loaner home to continue the test drive. That really sealed the deal for us. The next day I returned and we agreed upon a fair price for my trade-in, financing interest rate and final cost of the car. Again, Ms. Razavi spent a long time with me, introducing me to the Sales Manager and showing me the Service Department. We were then introduced to Carol Duster to finalize the paperwork. Ms. Duster was also very easy to work with and amazingly efficient. At the conclusion of the paperwork phase, I was introduced to Diane Evans, who sat with me in the car and explained how all the bells and whistles work. (And there are a lot of them!) Ms. Evans assured me that should I need to return for more help in using all the features, she was there for us as many times as we needed. Who does that? This is my first Mercedes-Benz and I look forward to a long and happy business relationship with RBM of Alpharetta.
