Awesome Car Buying Experience!!

My husband and I recently purchased a GLK form RBM of Alpharetta. Portia Gibbs was our salesperson and she was Awesome. She was extremely knowledgeable and made our first Mercedes-Benz purchase a great experience. We were shopping around but the treatment we received from Portia and everyone at RBM of Alpharetta made our decision very easy. I would recommend everyone to go see Portia at RBM if you are in the market for a Mercedes-Benz!!

My first Mercedes

I purchased my first Mercedes Benz and David Wang was instrumental and very helpful in the buying process. Great car and a wonderful sales person who informed you instead of selling to you. Great overall experience.

Wonderful experience!

From the time my husband and I walked into RBM Alpharetta, it was a wonderful, positive experience. We were lucky enough to be handed over to Ron Delvalle, and so very glad that happened. Ron was just so easy to work with! He was so much more interested in what we were looking for and trying to fill our specific needs than I've ever experienced when buying a car. There were no 'pressure' tactics, and he truly cared about why we were there. He answered every question, went out of his way to find the 'perfect' match for our needs, and was so happy to do it! I truly felt I was dealing with a friend and not a salesman. The quote we received was exact and extremely fair, and there was no back and forth or haggling. We were unsure about whether to purchase a Mercedes or another vehicle from another dealer, and in the end it was really our experience with this dealership and Ron that prompted us to finally choose the Mercedes. Once we decided to purchase the vehicle, the service and attention did not stop. Everything happened exactly as was promised, my exact wish of a car was delivered, the finance dept. was excellent, and all went exactly as planned. It was the most positive car purchase experience I have ever had. We were given a tour of the dealership, introduced to the General Manager, toured the immaculate service area, and really given the red carpet treatment all around. I just can't say enough about the professional, courteous, and helpful employees. And the car - it's a dream! I can't believe I'm driving this great car and simply love it! Please ask for Ron Delvalle if you are considering a Mercedes. He is just great!

Our first MB ?Great experience with Reza Azizi

We met with Reza after 6 hours of test-driving on Saturday night, and he made our day! Reza was incredible! He was patient, polite, friendly, informative, and knowledgeable of the product. No unnecessary pressure, just great advice, and all the information we needed to make an informed decision. It was a pleasure dealing with him, as well as Lisa in the Finance department. Everyone from the greeting receptionist to the finance department was very friendly and cordial. Thanks again, Reza!

2nd new car purchase

I just purchased my 2nd Mercedes from Reza Azizi. He is a pleasure to work with and he came in on his day off to sell me my new GLK 350. I would recommend him highly as he is low pressure and a Godly man.

"An Extraoridianary Experience"

From phone, to be in the dealership, the way they welcomed me my family, and my 3 year old child. it felt like a home. my kid enjoyed the experience, he made friends with Fabian. it was a fantastic buying experience, I honestly felt bad leaving, I wish I had more time to stay and enjoy their hospitality and service. Mercedes Benz; Many dealers are there, but they are by far the BEST of all as I have experienced. I have been to many MBUSA dealership including NYC, Connecticut, Atlanta, Buckhead, but service , communication, hospitality and behavior; approach was experienced here was fabulous, and hassle-free.

Pleasant Experience

From the minute I stepped into the Showroom I knew this was a different dealership. Worked with Fabian Tafur through the process and could tell he was passionate about his job. Also helping with the cause was Neil Turry. For many years a loyal Cadillac person and really thought I would continue to be. Really wasn't ready to change up but these two guys help me understand that this vehicle and dealership was a cut above the rest. Neil and Fabian stated to me as the deal was done to stay in touch with them and to stop by anytime I was in the area. Truly a real nice experience!! Pleasant experience

Buying cars can sometimes be a chore. Our salesman, Andy Sayers, was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, patient and helpful in finding the correct vehicle. The negotiation process, normally the worst part, was straight forward and painless. The vehicle was well prepared at delivery, purchase with finance was direct and quick, and follow up has been excellent. Would highly recommend this dealership.
