Outstanding Customer Service!

Kudo's, and many thanks to the Staff at RBM of Alpharetta. The level of Professionalism and Customer Service shown by Mrs. Portia Garard was very praise-worthy. Mrs. Garard definitely went that "extra mile" to ensure my Car buying experience was hassle-free and that I was getting a quality vehicle that reflects the Mercedes Benz tradition. I can't stop telling all my friends and Co-worker's about my car buying experience!

premier buying experience

I just purchased my second Mercedes from Bill Favini at RBM of Alpharetta. The experience was the best I can remember having at a dealership. Not the usual run back and forth to the "manager" ordeal. I ordered my GL in early June and Bill kept me informed on progress until delivery. He is great to work with and does his job exceptionally well. My vehicle had a tiny ding in the door and Bill picked it up from my home(I live in Douglasville), brought me a loaner and returned my vehicle to me the next evening, sans ding. I have no hesitation in referring RBM of Alpharetta to anyone looking to step-up to a Mercerdes for quality and customer service par excellence .

Professionalism was outstanding!

David Wang is a true pleasure to work with. He is extremely knowledgable and never pushes. I have to say that this car buying experience was one of my best and I have bought a lot of cars.

Best Car Buying Experience I have ever had

Vadim Russu was extremely helpful and professional In other words he was AWESOME!! He was very easy to work with from the time he contacted me initially from the internet inquiry to when I drove off in my new 2015 white CLA250. Carlo Duster and Pamela Ciccateri also made my experience great. This was the first time ever visiting this dealership and from my recent experience it wont be the last. If any customer has a bad experience at this dealership it wont be cause of the employees.

"I'm So Happy!"

I had an awesome car buying experince at RBM Alpharetta and drove away feeling very proud of the service that I received and the decison that I made. Each employee that I encountered was very nice and seemed to be proud to work for Mercedes-Benz. Andy Sayers was the greatest salesperson with superb knowledge and made my first Mercedes-Benz purchase a great experience!

Exceptional Dealer and Experience

I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle from RBM of Alpharetta. Based on my experience I can see why the dealer is so highly rated. Every person in the company is a professional and is truly concerned in the satisfaction of the customer. There was no hard sell and they staff allowed time for me to complete my due diligence on the vehicle before the purchase. Their follow-up is prompt without being pushy. The overall sense from the company is one of trust rather than one of moving steel which is refreshing. This is a dealer who is trustworthy and will continue to receive my business.
