Excellent experience from beginning to end

We went in to purchase a car for our daughter. Fabian was very courteous, efficient, and exhibited a true passion for his job! One of the most painless car buying experiences we've ever been through! We will definitely look to RBM of Alpharetta when purchasing our next car.

Awesome product, excellent customer service!

I have to say that I was gladly surprised with the high quality of customer service provided by RBM Alpharetta, to me the best Mercedes Benz dealership of the whole Atlanta Metro Area. Dan Berry, the sales person that assisted us (my husband and I) provided us with outstanding service and cordiality. We have purchased our first MB car, a CLA250 and we are totally in love with it but also with the dealership, and I have to clarify that we live in Lawrenceville (about 50 minutes from Alpharetta) however the ride and the distance were absolutely worth it since we purchased an awesome product and we were treated like first class customers (that's how every single customer should be treated not matter what). So thanks to Dan Berry and Lisa Brennan (financial director), our rate for this amazing dealership is: Excellent!

Our most comfortable buying experience in 10 years

My wife and I visited RBM - Alpharetta in 2014 to preview the new C Class. Shortly thereafter I learned that I needed surgery. I did the gig, came back stronger and then one day said we should go back up there and look at the new product. We walked in and Dan Berry remembered us from nearly a year earlier. It was a great re-start and we purchased shortly thereafter. Dan, Thank you for the welcome back!

Wonderful Buying Experience with Fabian

I had been looking and trying to buy a Mercedes for a couple of months. I had been to another dealership but was unsuccessful. I contacted Fabian about a car and he kept up with me until we found exactly what I was looking for. I couldn't believe how easy it was. We had great communication through text and email and it was clear he was trying to help me without being pushy. I never once felt pressured but comfortable that he was listening to what I wanted. I love my new C 300! The whole experience was great and this will be my dealership from now on.

Would buy from again

I bought a used Ford F-350 from Ramona and she was very pleasant to work with. The vehicle was exactly what they described. The GM of the store came out and introduced himself and was also very pleasant as well. I'm very happy with my purchase.

What a great experience!

RBM was instrumental in making car buying a pleasant experience. Derrick was so pleasant and easy to work with. He was knowledgeable and personable. Carol made financing a quick and smooth procedure. Pamela taught us so much about operating all of the controls. She even called us back in a timely manner when we had a question the next day. She gave us accurate instructions. We would highly recommend this dealership.

The Best or Nothing is TRUE regarding RBM of Alpharetta !

My experience ordering , receiving, and purchasing a BEAUTIFUL Night Black 2015 Mercedes-Benz CLA 250 four door coupe with Sport Plus Option Package could not POSSIBLY been easier, smoother, or in any other form , BETTER ! After contacting another dealer 4 or 5 times with NO RESPONSE , I gave RBM Mercedes of Alpharetta a chance to earn my business. They did NOT disappoint ! I HIGHLY reccomend my salesperson, Ramona Razavi. She WAS and IS the BEST. Mr. Ellis, Ms. Evans, Ms. Duster, AND Mr. Turry were ALL a great pleasure to do business with. My wife and I WILL return to RBM of Alpharetta for our future Mercedes-Benz purchasing needs. Oh... that OTHER Mercedes-Benz dealer that never returned my multiple phone calls or e-mails ? Painless

I had a great experience working with Fabian and RBM of Alpharetta. Our first visit was a no pressure, take your time on the test drive, type of visit. We weren't ready to make a decision at the time and this didn't bother them. We were provided with the pricing information and informed we could drop in any time or call with questions. Fabian followed up a week later with a deal on a similarly equipped dealer special and I ultimately decided to buy. We're very happy with the CLA and happy to have purchased from a good team of people.

Liked them so much I bought Two!

I had been poking around on the internet, looking at the CLS550, and decided to stop by and take a look at them in person since I was in the area looking at a mini for my business. After a miserable experience at that particular dealer, I headed to RBM Alpharetta to just take a quick look. We met Portia there who showed me a CLS550 and the S Class so I could compare, and then wen home for the evening. While we were there, my girl friend had been interested in a C class so we went back to take a harder look as it was in the same price range as the Cooper S. She ended up buying it from Portia, who was very easy-going, and great to work with. I think the two of them drove 5 or 6 different cars that day. We had a great experience with her, and were very happy with the final price and the car. Over the next couple weeks, she called to check up on us and the car, and I made a joke about the CLS550 being my car. She never pressured me, but always reminded me that it hadn't sold. I eventually caved, and called her and told her to send it to the detailer, because I would be there to pick it up in the morning lol. I hate buying cars, I hate showing conventional dealers where they are trying to screw me, I hate the arguing back and forth as they tell me that they are taking a loss on this car just to do me a favor, and that somehow magically they are the only used dealer in the state not making a 30-45% margin on their used cars. I know the games, and I don't like to play them. Obviously, Mercedes is a healthy dealership, and businesses exist to make money; but if they can make their money, and I can feel like I got a good deal (which I did) even knowing how it all works, they're doing it right. My new favorite dealership.

A Car Buying Pleasure.

Fabian was a real pleasure to work with. Conscientious and professional. There was never any sales pressure just courteous and useful information. Found us the vehicle we wanted and made sure it fit our needs. Lisa Brennan and Fabian both went out of their way to make this a most pleasant experience. We were in the middle of a move and they worked to make sure we could register the vehicle in the county we were moving to even though we had not closed on the house at the time of purchase. I would highly recommend RBM of Alpharetta and Fabian Tafur.
