Great Buying Experience
I hate shopping for a new car. BI'll Gavin made the experience a very pleasant one. He is great, knows his product. But most of all LISTENS TO HOS CUSTOMER. His followup and follow through are great. The dealership is batting 1,000 so far.

Great experience.
Went to several dealers, but they were not as respectful as the people at this dealer. Ramona was great in giving me the experience I needed in order to purchase my car. Both Ramona and Carol stayed after hours and allowed me to take my time to purchase. I would definitely recommend them.

The moment you step inside the showroom. ... Pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable. They know their business and listen to the customer. Ramona made the process simple and did it all with a smile. No question went unanswered. Great Job! We love our new C250. So sporty and full of technology.

Outstanding Sales Rep. Fair deal. Amazing experience.
This was my first Mercedes, and these guys really helped me enjoying this experience. I was treated very well and with no rush. I drove a couple of cars for a long time, there was no pressure trying to sell me something I didn't need, and the really gave me a fair market price without hassle or asking me stupid questions like "tell me what is your budget -so i can sell you something not worth that money, but on that budget-". If you are a demanding buyer, like I am, I truly recommend you to go to RBM-Alpharetta and ask for Ron DelValle. Great guy, very knowledgeable about cars being a car racer himself. You will really enjoy the experience of buying your first Mercedes, or a second. who knows...

Relaxing, competent people, great experience!
We were searching for a car for my wife, and went for a drive with Ramona Razavi. She was friendly, upbeat and very knowledgeable about the car we were interested in. A++ rating for her help!! While we were going through the purchase process, we met various folks who helped us out-Mark McQuaid, and Neil Turry, managers who went out of their way to introduce themselves to us and offer help, Lisa Brennan who streamlined the financial process and Diane Evans who gave us a thorough indoctrination to the systems of our new purchase. RBM Of Atlanta Exceeded My Expectations
I leased my first Mercedes in 1988 and as a novice it was a "learning experience". Since then I have leased and bought many cars, including Mercedes, Jaguar, Infiniti, from dealerships up and down the East Coast. What I recently learned is that RBM Of Alpharetta, in the words of "The Kimmer", is different than their competition, from the time you arrive at the showroom, learn about & test cars, negotiate a deal and drive away with the keys to your new car. RBM Of Alpharetta "exceeded my expectations" with their southern hospitality. Vadim Russu, Sales & Leasing Consultant, was the consummate professional: he listened; shared his vast product knowledge; provided sound recommendations...all the while making sure my needs were being met. Likewise negotiations with Donnie Moore, Sales Manager, was a "hassle free" experience that was fair and equitable. The lease or buy options were clearly explained and his advise made my decision an easy one. The combination of RBM Of Alpharetta and Mercedes Benz...you can't do better.
