Service beyond any I ever had

Jody Shellenbarger and Teresa Cox provided service above and beyond any expectations. This is even more amazing since my repair was on a sprinter RV, but not a Mercedes part. I was sent to Mercedes because the deal told me that only Mercedes could fix my Windshield Wiper Motor. Turns out that Winnebago made some adjustment so I was told to go back to an RV dealer to have it fixed. I was getting ready to leave on an 18 day trip and was beginning to think I had to cancel it. Teresa saw my concern and talked to Jody. Jody called the RV dealer and they couldn't give him any good answers, so he call Winnebago direct and got the wiring sent to him in an email. He was able to determine it was a bad motor. He then suggested I call the RV dealer and have them order the part from Winnebago and ship it overnight to RBM. It finally arrived today (ordered last Friday) and Jody had it fixed before we got there to pick it up. The story goes on. On our one hour trip to RBM, we had a flat and managed to put the donut on. I asked if they could fix the flat right away as we were late for an appointment. They did the job quickly and expertly. I have owned at least a 15 different models of Lexus since the first one rolled off the assembly line in 1989. Since I bought so many (sometimes two a year), I naturally got great service from my dealer. Now I am at Mercedes with a Winnebago part issue and my Lexus with a flat tire, but Teresa and Jody treated me like the golden rule. So when I say I got treated better than at Lexus especially with issues not caused by Mercedes, I can only imagine the service I would get if I in fact had a Mercedes problem. Can you? Perfect service, sales, and follow through ...

Service reps and sales were delightful as well as the wonderful service provided by the "greeters", particularly a young lady who, cannot remember her name but, would consider her a trusted friend with her great helpfulness and kindness. Expediting sale and prep along with ease of purchase was outstanding. Thank You All!!!!

Amazing experience

Really happy with our car buying experience at this dealership. Professional team, namely Vadim Russu and Ramona Razavi, who helped this purchase happen and saw through this deal every step of the way made a great impression on us. Great Car Buying Experience

Vadim Russu was the reason we went with RBM of Alpharetta. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient with helping to choose the right car. It was a pleasure working with him. Sharon was great in helping with getting all the paperwork together for the purchase and sales of two cars.

extraordinay Service

Dan Berry and Derrick Wynn are two awesome guys. Together with Dans experience and Derricks kindness made our car buying experience a great one. They were able to get us the car that we wanted at the price we wanted to pay. Every team member at RBM treated us like royalty and went above and beyond to help us. I would recommend this dealership to all of our family and friends.

Awesome Experience!!!

Ron Delvalle was very helpful and made the experience of purchasing my vehicle hassle free, and he was with me step by step through the whole process. His willingness to go above and beyond put me at ease, and I cannot say thank you enough! Carol Duster was also great & her attention to detail let me know I was in good hands! Fantastic purchase from start to finish!

David Wang made the purchase of our preowned Honda Odyssey so easy! He is a gem! David and I started the process via email. He came back to the dealership from home to meet with my husband and me! David was transparent throughout the process and it was a true joy! If you are looking for either a new vehicle or a preowned.....call David you will not regret it!

An easy choice

Buying a new cr is never an easy experience, especially when you go to the dealer just to see the models available and understand better the cars, their specification and options. It is not easy unitl you meet Bill Favini, he really took the time to expalin the cars in simple terms and help us test and experience the cars without any pressure. In fact our goal was to buy a bigger car and with Bill support and knowledge we decided that the '16 E400 Coupehad really all we wanted and then some. Bill's explanation brought it all home for us and the decision was clear. Bill facilitated the purchasing process until we drove the new car home later that afternoon feeling really good about the car and our purchase. I highly recommend you ask for Bill when you viist RBM of Alpharetta, He is rated a 10 in my book. Naturally the dealership is just the same, jsut as good with a focus on complete guest satisfaction. It is the way to go to buy a new Mercedes.

Great cars, great people, making shopping for a new vehicle

Wanted to share a great experience with RBM of Alpharetta... We had received a recommendation to work with Bill Favini at RBM when we were looking for a new vehicle. Bill made shopping for a car a really easy and enjoyable process. When we needed information, he has been right there to provide it, without being pushy or overwhelming. We picked up our GLA45 AMG yesterday and love it. Thank you Bill ! And thank you RBM Alpharetta.
