Great buying experience
I was in the market for a used Lexus that I had spent several months researching and evaluating options. I found online what appeared to be the exact model and features I had been looking for at RBM, and was even more pleased to see the overwhelmingly positive reviews of the dealership. After one trip out to inspect and test drive the car, I was back the next day ready to buy. The quality of the car and the RBM customer experience exceeded my expectations. Dan Berry helped made the experience an overwhelmingly positive one, and was happy to answer any questions I had. I was initially worried about buying a Lexus from a primarily Mercedes dealership, but never once felt like I was a lower priority than anyone else. Neil Turry also took the time to introduce himself and speak with me both days I was there. It's clearly a great team that is passionate about cars and the customer.

GREAT EXPERIENCE
We just purchased a 2015 C300 from RBM and could not have been happier. Our sales person, Ramona Razavi was so patient with my wife and me and had a wealth of knowledge about the cars, features, functions, financing, etc. and she was extremely pleasant to work with. Her sales manager, Neil Turry made sure he introduced himself and made sure we were happy. As part of the sale process they took us through the service department and even the spotless garage so see how customer's cars were being treated. Lisa Brennan in finance made the process painless and easy as well. A real pro. Instead of all that paper you get from most car dealers Lisa scanned all the documents and put them on a USB drive for us. Finally, Pam Ciccateri showed us all the cars features/functions and how to set up all of the options the car had and by the time we got home we already had an email with a video about one function we were unsure how to operate. I recommend the whole team and especially our sales person, Ramona.

Excellent experience from start to finish
We dealt with Andy Sayers and he made the whole process painless. For starters we were over an hour away so over the phone he went out to the car we were calling about and answered any questions about it. GLK250's are hard to find in a CPO used. When we showed up the vehicle was in exactly the same condition as he described. When we arrived to test drive he had the vehicle right up front waiting on us. We were heading out of town so we agreed to pickup after the holiday when we returned. They went over every feature of the car and made sure we were comfortable with everything, paired our phones to the Bluetooth, etc. He walked us around the dealership and introduced us to the service manager and then to the finance manager to finish up the paperwork. I guess we aren't used to the service you get at a luxury car dealer. It's quite a difference and we appreciated it. Tom

The Perfect 1st Experience
I am new to Mercedes Benz and I must say I am now a lifetime customer. My Dealer was Fabian and before entering the dealership I made the call to inquire. Fabian was helpful and welcome from our very 1st call. You would have thought I've known him all my life. He was knowledgeable and considerate of what I wanted. He didn't force anything on me and he listened to my needs. He helped me choose the best car for myself. And he searched for the best possible deal. He made purchasing a Mercedes so easy. I am so grateful for Fabian. From here its on to bigger and better things. He is and will always be my recommendation to all my friends and family!

Great Buying Experience
I hate shopping for a new car. BI'll Gavin made the experience a very pleasant one. He is great, knows his product. But most of all LISTENS TO HOS CUSTOMER. His followup and follow through are great. The dealership is batting 1,000 so far.

Great experience.
Went to several dealers, but they were not as respectful as the people at this dealer. Ramona was great in giving me the experience I needed in order to purchase my car. Both Ramona and Carol stayed after hours and allowed me to take my time to purchase. I would definitely recommend them.
