If I were Ron, I very well may have passed me off to another salesperson! I have spent time with Ron in the past looking for a car, and this time was no different...but, I ended up buying the perfect car for me...thanks to A LOT of consulting with Ron, driving several different makes and years of Mercedes...changing my mind on which year, how old, what price to stick to...I was a pain! Ron stayed calm, relaxed, professional, and never showed any signs of frustration...although I know he had to feel it at times! In the end, I got the perfect car for me and drove with a perma-smile on my face yesterday...Financing was a breeze with Sharon Thompson too! I came to visit the dealership on at least three separate occasions before I decided on a car and every time, Dan was waiting there with a smile on his face and willing to help out whatever way he could. Our experience with RBM Alpharetta was really great. It is worth mentioning that we had a non-standard credit situation tied to our foreign job, but Ron Delvalle, sales&leasing consultant, helped us through the whole process and managed to resolve every issue successfully. This dealership was highly recommended to me by several people, despite it being in another state, and I would highly recommend it as well. Dan Berry is excellent. He was very patient with my questions and worked with my busy and unpredictable schedule. He was available to communicate via e-mail, text or phone call. Once he got an idea of what I was looking for he even searched surrounding dealerships to get the car that fit me best. My husband and I have owned an Audi, Jaguars, BMWs but have never had a Mercedes-Benz so when we visited RBM of Alpharetta, we weren't sure what to expect.
