Awesome Experience!!!

Ron Delvalle was very helpful and made the experience of purchasing my vehicle hassle free, and he was with me step by step through the whole process. His willingness to go above and beyond put me at ease, and I cannot say thank you enough! Carol Duster was also great & her attention to detail let me know I was in good hands! Fantastic purchase from start to finish!

David Wang made the purchase of our preowned Honda Odyssey so easy! He is a gem! David and I started the process via email. He came back to the dealership from home to meet with my husband and me! David was transparent throughout the process and it was a true joy! If you are looking for either a new vehicle or a preowned.....call David you will not regret it!

Great cars, great people, making shopping for a new vehicle

Wanted to share a great experience with RBM of Alpharetta... We had received a recommendation to work with Bill Favini at RBM when we were looking for a new vehicle. Bill made shopping for a car a really easy and enjoyable process. When we needed information, he has been right there to provide it, without being pushy or overwhelming. We picked up our GLA45 AMG yesterday and love it. Thank you Bill ! And thank you RBM Alpharetta.

An easy choice

Buying a new cr is never an easy experience, especially when you go to the dealer just to see the models available and understand better the cars, their specification and options. It is not easy unitl you meet Bill Favini, he really took the time to expalin the cars in simple terms and help us test and experience the cars without any pressure. In fact our goal was to buy a bigger car and with Bill support and knowledge we decided that the '16 E400 Coupehad really all we wanted and then some. Bill's explanation brought it all home for us and the decision was clear. Bill facilitated the purchasing process until we drove the new car home later that afternoon feeling really good about the car and our purchase. I highly recommend you ask for Bill when you viist RBM of Alpharetta, He is rated a 10 in my book. Naturally the dealership is just the same, jsut as good with a focus on complete guest satisfaction. It is the way to go to buy a new Mercedes.

First Mercedes Benz.

I had been looking for 1 1/2 years to find a Mercedes. I decided to check the internet for RBM of Alpharetta and saw what I wanted. I don't buy used cars but the one I bought was a 2014 c class 250 with 10, 606 miles. The sales person Derrick Wynn was a delight to deal with. Although I disagreed with the amount of trade-in value for my car, I was convinced that the deal was ok. I prefer buying on the internet but this was just about the same. No real hassles.

When I decided I was in the market for a C300, I knew I had to use RBM of Alpharetta because my Mom has happily purchased three vehicles from them and raved about her experience. Even with already high expectations, they were most definitely exceeded. I was lucky enough to work with FABIAN TAFUR, whose service was EXCEPTIONAL and helped me find the EXACT car I wanted. He took me to test drive it, was able to answer every question I had after that and moved me into the buying process at my speed without pressure. I think it is very important to highlight how he quickly he perceived my needs as a buyer and adapted to them. He has AMAZING customer service skills, is extremely KNOWLEDGABLE and, overall, was a JOY to work with. I would highly recommend this dealership to family, friends and anyone else I know and would even more highly reccomend working with FABIAN TAFUR!

Great people and great prices!

I have bought several cars from this Dealer - RBM Alpharetta I will not go anywhere else. It is always tough to get the price you want but by their understanding and my repeat customer I am devoted Ramona, I have referred her to others and I know she got at least one customer She helps you through all steps and even sends new update offers after a few years. Yep! She knows I am a Mercedes at heart customer. Thanks Ramona for a great Job! Great experience

Thanks to Dan Berry for making my car buying experience so enjoyable! I've dealt with my share of car dearlerships in the past and I just have to say I much I appreciated the professionalism and friendliness of Dan and his colleagues at RBM of Alpharetta. The CPO C class 250 I purchased is incredible and with the help of Dianne and Lisa, the entire transaction was flawless and perfect. I couldn't be happier and I'm VERY pleased to have made the decision to drive all the way accross North Georgia to see the folks at RBM of Alpharetta. If you're in the market for a new or CPO Mercedes, do your yourself a huge favor and come see Dan. You will not be dissappointed!

Great people make a great Dealership

Recently, we shopped for 2 distinctly different types of car. Bill Favini of RBM Alpharetta could not have made the process easier. Every person at RBM Alpharetta from the receptionist, to the finance closing department made our experience easy and enjoyable. Highly recommended.
