I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience with RBM North and especially Dan Berry my salesperson. This dealership is without a doubt, the nicest and such a well run business that it gives you pride to purchase from them. I bought a GLK 350 from them late last year and was honestly overwhelmed by the integrity of both Dan and the sales manager Donnie who is also a professional to deal with. In May, I purchased an ML 250 diesel and love love love it. If you are looking for the best buying experience of any Mercedes, please give Dan and Donnie a chance to earn your business. They both answered every question I had, demoed the car and taught me all about the new car. Great people, great products and a wonderful experience.

If I were Ron, I very well may have passed me off to another salesperson! I came to visit the dealership on at least three separate occasions before I decided on a car and every time, Dan was waiting there with a smile on his face and willing to help out whatever way he could. He was very patient and went above and beyond to find the perfect car for me. He researched them even when I wasn't in the store and let me know anytime a new CPO came in that fit my very specific wishes. And believe me, I had very high expectations. My husband and I have owned an Audi, Jaguars, BMWs but have never had a Mercedes-Benz so when we visited RBM of Alpharetta, we weren't sure what to expect. To be perfectly honest, we were big fans of BMW so the visit was not expected to result in anything. But Ron Delvalle took great care of us and was patient with our many questions and completely changed our mindset. We were so impressed with his customer service that we both bought our first Mercedez-Benz cars from them, and my husband wasn't even looking to buy when I first looking around at the cars.
