Amazing Sales/Leasing Agent
The purchase experience went smoothly due to the patience and knowledge of Ramona. She took the time to answer all my questions. It has been nearly a year since the purchase and she is still a person I know I can go to with questions. If she can't help me, she's able to refer me to the person that can. Customer service is still alive and well at RBM of Alpharetta.

Best Car Dealership Experience - EVER!
This is my first purchase of a luxury car and I was a little unsure of what I was getting into, I reached out to RMB and Andy Sayers helped me out with the initial steps, I decided to walk into the dealership and get a full understanding on the process to lease a car. Andy was excellent from the get go, he was patient and helped answer all questions we had, plus the things we would have never known. He took time with us to explain how lease works and what are the things we need to be aware of. Its been a great experience and I drove out with my first luxury car. Thanks to everyone at RMB, you guys are awesome.

A Great Decision
We began our search for a replacement car at RBM of Alpharetta and we are thrilled that we did. Initially unsure that we wanted a Mercedes, we were assisted by Reza Azizi. Reza patiently listened to our needs before explaining the features and benefits of owning a Mercedes. By the end of our discussion and a test drive, we were ready to purchase. Reza's honest, personable, and no pressure approach was just what we needed. His attention to detail and professionalism throughout the process enhanced the buying experience for us. We so appreciated his outstanding assistance that we returned a week later and purchased a second car. A perfectly wonderful experience!
After looking for quite a while all across the country, I found the Mercedes I wanted at RBM of Alpharetta. Accustomed to buying cars long-distance, I called and was connected with Reza Azizi. I was up front and honest telling Reza "I want the car," here's my offer, and I told him my wife and I could come the following Saturday to pick it up. Reza was equally straightforward, he thanked me for the offer, said what he could do on price, and in less than 10 minutes we had a deal. My wife and I flew in on Saturday, drove the car, and within two hours of arriving at the dealership, we were headed back to Texas! Why did it take two hours? We were advancing 12 years in technology, and it took 45 minutes just to learn about all the new features. Every step of the way Reza and everyone at the dealership was a perfect "10." Best Car Buying Experience I've Ever Had.
I've purchased dozens of cars in my life and buying from Andy at RBM of Alpharetta was easily the best experience I've ever had. The negotiating was painless and the sell price was absolutely fair without the games that many dealers play. Pre-Owned BMW Convertible
I was extremely happy with the experience I had recently with RBM of Alpharetta. I traded in a 2008 Mercedes SLK hard-top convertible (great 2-seater convertible, by the way) for a pre-owned 2011 BMW 328i hard-top convertible. The only reason I traded in my Mercedes SLK was because I needed a 4-seater converible and I wanted a hard-top convertible (as opposed to a soft-top). My sales consultant, Bill Favini, was extremely helpful and worked with my husband and me to secure the deal. He took excellent care of us during and after the sale. I would definitely recommend Bill to anyone out there who is considering buy a new or used vehicle from this dealership. I would also like to commend Lisa Brennan for walking us through the finance process and helping us decide on what other options were available to us to help us protect our investment. She did not use any high pressure tactics, which seems to be a pretty common practice at some of the dealers we have bought from in the past. She was extremely knowledgeable about the products she had to offer and after carefully considering all of the options available, we ended up buying an extended warranty. She was wonderful to work with and we appreciated her time to help us work out the financing that fit our budget. Thank you, Bill and Lisa, for making our recent pre-owned vehicle purchase a pleasant experience!

Excellent Customer Service
My experience at RBM of Alpharetta was excellent. I purchased a 2015 CLA Mercedes Benz from Mr. Bill Favini. I called around to several Mercedes dealership looking for different options in my desired car. First, I spoke with Mr. Favini over the phone and he was throughly interested in what I wanted in a car. Once I arrived to the dealership, he showed me and my daughter hospitality. The customer service was beyond excellent. I would definitely recommend RBM of Alpharetta to family and friends.

Great experience! Great car!
The sleek, informative ad showcasing just the car I was looking for had me calling RBM first thing in the morning to schedule a test drive. The receptionist was friendly and helpful and introduced me to Portia Gibbs who handled my transaction. Portia was welcoming upon my arrival and very professional. My car was previously owned and in mint condition. It fit in quite well with the beautiful showroom. I loved the car and bought it. Portia closed the deal and our experience with Sharon in Finance was just as pleasant! RBM continued to uphold their fine reputation. Thanks to all!
