RBM of Alpharetta

We want to commend the team at RBM Alpharetta for the car buying experience we had with purchasing our G Wagon last weekend. Ron Delvalle made it an enjoyable experience and made sure we understood all options available at the dealership. We both dread the car buying process but with the help of Ron and Carol Duster who prepared all the paperwork at the end of the transaction it ended up being an enjoyable day for my wife and I.

I am so thankful that I not only found Portia Gibbs but RBM of Alpharetta all together. Every staff member was wonderful, I was treated with the utmost respect and the process was completely painless. I drove from Columbia, SC and was not disappointed. Portia was amazing and had everything ready for me when I got there. All I did was sign the papers and was off in my CPO 2012 C250 that I absolutely love. I completely trust this dealership and will definitely do business with them again!

Couldn't be happier w/my CPO 2013 C300 but was especially pleased w/the superior service we received from Bill Favini from start to finish. Driving up from Florida on a tight schedule Bill had the car ready to go when we arrived, he stayed on top of things from the moment we walked in the door to try & expedite our purchase so we could make it home in time for a family function. I went to the dealership to have a look at a 2013 C350 with no intention of buying and end up with a car, financing and insurance. Vadim set everything up in no time. I live in Atlanta but the service you get from RBM of Alpharetta is worth going the distance.

I was greeted by Peter who introduced me to Vadim. The rest is history. I was really looking at the GL.....but because of the great offer on at the time, ended up with ML 350! I love it........ ended up with a great car, financing and insurance and Vadim set everything up in no time............I' m most grateful for the service and people at RBM OF ALPHARETTA and would recommend them very highly. Last week I purchased my new MB GLA from Reza at RBM of Alpharetta.
