Excellent Service

My experience at RBM of Alpharetta was excellent. I purchased a 2015 CLA Mercedes Benz from Mr. Bill Favini. I called around to several Mercedes dealership looking for different options in my desired car. First, I spoke with Mr. Favini over the phone and he was throughly interested in what I wanted in a car. Once I arrived to the dealership, he showed me and my daughter hospitality. The customer service was beyond excellent. I would definitely recommend RBM of Alpharetta to family and friends.

A Welcome Change

We were searching for a Mercedes Benz E Class and had visited other dealerships. What was most appreciated about Bill Winslow, is his great knowIedge of the product and non high-pressured tactics exhibited by other dealerships previously visited. We're truly enjoying our purchase and when in the market for another vehicle, we will definitely work with Bill again. We truly recommend him as a great person to contact when buying a vehicle.

The perfect experience all around!

After having a horrible experience recently at another dealership I was very hesitant to go to another dealership to purchase a vehicle. After finding the exact auto I had been looking for online at RBM of Alparetta I contacted Ron and it was such a relaxed, no pressure, enjoyable experience. From our first initial online chat to meeting in person, to me driving off the lot Ron exceeded my expectations.

Thank you for 10 years of great service!

I began my relationship with RBM of Alpharetta about 10 years ago.....took my 2002 CL500 in for Service and met Dan Berry, who became my Service Advisor......subsequently purchased a 2008 R350 for my wife, and service continued to be exceptional.......fast forward to last month when my wife decided to trade in her R350 for a new CLA250, and low and behold, Dan is now in sales....he made us such a great deal on the CLA that I went back the next day and traded for a new C300 which I have fallen in love with......now I look forward to continuing my relationship with RBM of Alpharetta....my sales person is my former knowledgeable service advisor....how can I go wrong.....thank you Dan.....

Fantastic experience! The RBM Alpharetta team is great!

We had a great experience. I found a car online, requested information and from that point on it was fantastic. The team was responsive, knowledgable, friendly and professional. Ramona was extremely organized and had all of the information ready when I came in. She was very knowledgeable about the process and the vehicle. She made the experience very positive and enjoyable. Lisa made the financial aspects as painless as I have ever experienced. She was cheerful and knowledgeable on the offerings and could explain them in a concise manner.

Wonderful experience-Thanks Ramona!

Purchased my Mercedes last week at RBM Alpharetta. They had the best customer care out of any dealership I have ever visited. Ramona helped my husband and I find the perfect vehicle for us and even came in on her day off to meet with us. She was very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful and made purchasing a vehicle very pleasant-as did the whole RBM team. We will definitely be back for our next car!

I was looking for a certain model Volvo wagon and Dan was able to get me in a one owner XC70 with very little down time. He is very customer oriented, friendly and listened to my needs. I would not hesitate to pick up the phone and call Dan if I was back in the market. Thanks Dan!!

No pressure and a great deal of oare and consideration

Dan Berrybof RBM worked with me for a month as I made my decision ge grading my car purchase. He knew I was undecided about make and model; yet anytime I had a question he tok his time to answer me. He was full of knowledge about the Mercedes autos and the dealership as a whiole. He made my decision making process easy. I now have the CLA and love it. I highly recommend Dan Berry and RBM Alpharetta

Great Purchase experience

Bought a new GL550 and had a great experience. No pressure and easy negotiation to get a good deal. Ron Delvalle was great to work with, and Carol Duster in Finance made the paperwork fast and easy. Pamela did a great job showing us how to use all the cars features! Would highly recommend RBM of Alpharetta!
