Best Customer Service Ever

Our experience with RBM Alpharetta was really great. It is worth mentioning that we had a non-standard credit situation tied to our foreign job, but Ron Delvalle, sales&leasing consultant, helped us through the whole process and managed to resolve every issue successfully. Many thanks to Ron and to Lisa Brennan, finance, for their contribution to our car ownership. Now we enjoy the new Smart Fortwo, our cute small helper. This dealership is a very nice place to visit because it is modern and stylish, and its staff is always friendly, polite, and helpful! We are also impressed by affordable prices and large inventory.

Happy Customer

My wife and I just purchased our 5th product from RBM this past week (May 23) . We bought a S550 which we love and plan on enjoying for a long time. Our Salesman was Fabian who did an excellent job of staying right with us as we shopped for a week or so before purchase. Between he and Donnie the Sales Manager they made us feel very welcome and non-pressured. I will refer RBM of Alpharetta and most certainly Fabian Tafur to my friends and Family.

Great and friendly service!

We came in to see Bill Winslow to get a Smart car, and felt like we got the same level of service as anyone purchasing one of the high end cars in the showroom! Bill was very genuine and went out of his way to get us the deal that we wanted. Exceptional customer service!

When lease expired on 2013 E350 we decided to purchase the vehicle because it has been such a great car. David Wang who had been our sales person on the lease also handled the purchase for us. David went out of his way to make the process both easy and pleasant! I most definitely would recommend him to anyone interested in purchasing a Mercedes. He really is a credit to RBM of Alpharetta. BTW, we also leased an ML350 through David a couple of years ago. It was a seamless process as well!. Have to mention Don Ratajski's great work as our service rep also. He is always on top of whatever our need might be. We so appreciate both of these guys!

Best Sales Experience in Atlanta

Fabian has sold me and my wife three ML350's in less than three years so he must be doing something right! He seems to know instinctively what is the best purchase option for us at the best financial terms. Kudos to Fabian, Sharon, and Carol to make the financing work. No pressure, extremely knowledgable, honest, and follows up after the deal is closed to assure customer satisfaction.... that describes Fabian. He has become a friend and that is why we keep coming back. And my wife loves him! She has a 2016 ordered.

Great service. Very professional, helpful and great deal!!

The service was great. Portia was extremely helpful, detailed and patient in assuring that I got the best deal possible for a great car. I purchased a E350 Mercedes 2 weeks ago and have been extremely satisfied with this vehicle. They took the time to show me all of the bells and whistles on this car and made me feel like a true Mercedes Benz owner.
