Absolute professionalism and great experience!

My husband and I were in need of a new SUV. Ron Delvalle listened to our likes, dislikes and visions and came back to us with two great cars for us to drive and choose from! Ron totally understood what we were looking for and made it happen in a fast, pleasant, stress free manner! Ron also has continued to check in with us since we purchased the car- to assure we are still pleased! I would absolutely suggest working with Ron and the team at RBM Alpharetta.

Great experience purchasing first car.

My experience with the staff at RBM of Alpharetta was bar none the best car buying experience I've ever been a part of. The staff were all friendly and we're not pushy as most typical car salesmen seem to be. I would recommend this dealership to anyone within 15-45 miles of this place. This drive is worth it to get a great car buying experience, along with a great deal and rate.

Andy Sayers!

My wife and I purchased a pre-owned Toyota Highlander from Andy Sayers with RBM of Alpharetta. This was the best car buying experience we've had yet! We wouldn't hesitate to purchase another vehicle from him or to recommend him to a friend.

Secnod MB from Andy Sayers

I bought an SL500 from Andy Sayers a few years ago. So, when I decided to buy a CPO E350, I went directly to Andy. Showed me several CPO E350s and I test drove one and bought it. No high pressure tactics, a gentleman all the way. I'll go right back to Andy for the next MB.

No Hassle Purchase

Want a Mercedes Benz, then look no further than RBM of Alpharetta and ask for Ron DelValle! I recently purchased a car from Ron and he has a quality that many do not have- Ron LISTENS! He listened to not only my "wants" but also my "not wants". In no time he found the car I was looking for. He made the entire process easy: from negotiating my trade-in and purchase, to the financing steps. Ron is not your typical "car salesman" stereotype, because he is "genuine" and truly wants his customers to be happy. Ron Rocks RBM!!!

Out of state (NY/MA) purchase

I recently bought a CPO car from this dealership. I at no point felt rushed or pressured. My contact was Ramona Razavi and she diligently followed up whenever necessary and answered all of my questions. Further, they didn't have a spare key but offered to pay for one. I have since been to a dealership closer to me to order one and, true to their word, they paid for it, no questions or hassles. Their description of the vehicle's condition, along with the accompanying pictures, was accurate which mattered a lot as I was an out of state buyer and thus couldn't go in for a test drive. Their word is bond and they're very quick to assuage any issues that one may have. If I lived closer I would definitely also welcome the chance to try out the service department there, going by how the sales and finance people were.

Sales person review

Just bought new C 400 from RBM of alpharetta and Ron was my go to sales person. He helped get me the best deal and managed the whole process very professionally . I highly recommend using Ron when buying a car

Great Experience

Worked with Chase Brown and the General Sales Manager on a lease turn in and purchased a new E-350. From beginning to end it was a great experience and would recommend these two gentelmen and RBM of Alpharetta to anyone. I will be doing business with them again soon to trade my ML350 on a newer one. Thanks RBM keep up the great service. P.S. Service Department is fantastic as well.

Fabian was was very friendly and knowledgeable with excellent customer service skills. He did everything in his power to ensure my car buying experience was awesome. Overall, I was very satisfied with the dealership experience. I will definitely buy my next Mercedes from the RBM of Alpharetta.
