Awesome buying wcperience

I recently purchased a CPO 2013 Mercedes Benz E350 from RBM of Alpharetta, and it was a delightful experience. Portia Gibbs (Garard) showed me the different models (Sport and Luxury) in the inventory. I drove several to get a feel for what I really wanted. I selected a vehicle with only 11,000 miles in as-new condition, the color and interior what I was looking for. I bought the car on the spot. Portia offered the outstanding financing from MB at 0.74% annual rate. A few days later I went back to complete the paperwork, and it all went very smooth. Sharon Thompson was very efficient and helpful in setting up the financing. Diane Evans showed me all the controls of the vehicle, and I drove off with it. I can recommend RBM of Alpharetta. They are an excellent dealer.

Excellent customer service!

Ron Delvalle sold my ML 350 to me, and the transaction was seamless. He was extremely patient with my many questions, and he wanted to be certain I loved the car I was buying. LOVE my new car, and I highly recommend working with Ron!! Fantastic experience!

Best car buying experience ever!

I first visited Mercedez dealerships in Buckhead and Duluth and really had to haggle to get a "best" price below MSRP. Then I went to RBM of Alpharetta and spoke with Andy Sayers. He started right out with his best price that beat the others by over $3,000 and was even lower than the True Car estimate! This left me nothing to worry about except picking a color. Andy is very easy going and great to work with. I dreaded going car shopping but Andy made it fun and hassle free. He let me know about extra options that could be purchased and didn't pressure me about them. The whole experience was great!

simple and easy to deal with staff

me and my wife went to Atlanta looking for her Lexus IS i had spoken with Andy Sayers on Tuseday about one they had from the moment i spoke with him his was kind and well spoken that was a big plus too me we came in test drove the Lexus and was gone with it in less than an hour great service this is where you want to do business with A1 dealership

Great salesman

Met Andy Sayers about 2 weeks ago when I was getting service done on my wife's 2007 C230. Chatted about a CPO 2014 C250 and he showed me a few. I told him that I needed to have my wife look and he added no pressure at all. We went yesterday, looked at a few, test drove 2 of them and 2 hours later we drove off in one. He has a great personality, very professional and he explains everything to you. No second guessing. If you're looking for the right sales person and the right car, go to RBM Alpharetta and ask for Andy Sayers.

Excellent sales service

I worked with Ramona Razavi to purchase a pre-owned Subaru at RBM. She was very pleasant to work with and responsive to all my emails and phone calls for questions. The dealership associates were all really friendly also. The buying process was straightforward. Enjoyed working with Ramona and RBM, would definitely go back.

Wonderful Experience

One of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. Chose to drop in and see what they had, with all intentions of buying a car elsewhere. The customer service and friendliness of the staff was second to none. All around wonderful experience!

Red Carpet Service

Ron Delvalle and Manager Donnie Moore at RBM Alpharetta treated me like a queen from the moment I walked in the door. I was sure of my model and I test drove a ML 350 with all the bells and whistles, making it easy for me to decide what I wanted. I was able to pick every aspect of my new car and they were able to get it for me. I hope to spend another happy ten years in my new ML350 like I did in my last ML.

C250 Coupe

After much searching on the internet found the coupe I was looking for unfortunately it got sold before we were able to visit the dealership. Andy Sayers who I had contacted on this vehicle worked diligently to find me a vehicle that was what I wanted. Being as I live out of state this was an even greater service. Always staying in touch and emailing me packets on vehicles. Awesome guy! Finally made it to the dealership yesterday and picked up my new coupe. Excellent car! Excellent service!
